I don't really know if this is the right section but there was this zip folder that had something to do with firefox in my temp files (appdata/local/temp) recently, like a day or two ago, it was full of mostly Json files and it disappeared when closed firefox, I was in private browsing mode at the time. I was wondering what that was? Could it be that some info from memory got dump in that file? As far as I'm aware there had been no crashes. It seems noone really knows the answer of why this happens.

Apologies if this is a dumb question its just been on my mind.

My bookmarks have all disappeared, except for a few that all reference the safeway.com page!! I have saved these for years to reference information.

What has happened to them?? I know that Youtube is still operational so why can’t I get my bookmarks back?? I went to 'restore' bookmarks and got some really strange associations. Still some reference my aol email account and not the page I bookmarked.

I get this multiple times per week and then have to delete all amazon.com cookies and relogin to everything.

Hoping someone has a solution as I would prefer to continue to use Firefox but this is getting very annoying.

I'm on a page I want to save to bookmarks. I double click the star and select the bookmark list, then save - but the page is not showing on the list. The list was recovered from another browser but was originally Firefox. Should I start a new bookmark list and if so how do I import all the categories and book mark?

Hello! On 2/7/25, upon turning on my computer and opening up Firefox, my ATT Yahoo mail will no longer load onto Firefox. It takes me to the login screen, then I am immediately logged out. I am able to fully access ATT Yahoo email on Google Chrome. Can you please help me get the functionality back on Firefox? It is my preferred Internet browser, but if I can't get my email on it, then I'd just stop using it and only open Chrome. Thank you for your kind assistance.

I have a HP laptop running windows 11. I use facebook on the web by going to facebook.com. Recently there has been a change to the way images are displayed when reading chats. The "pop up" box shows up as normal when I select chats which displays all my chats. If the chat contains an image, when I click on it it displays the image at full zoom with no scroll bars visible. This means that I cannot see the whole picture. The only change I have made to mozilla recently is to rest the print settings to default using about:support but I am not sure if this was the start of this problem. If I use microsoft edge for facebook.com or use the facebook app, all works fine.

Recently I have been having trouble with the Fire Fox/Mozilla site. There seems to an issue with the authentication of certain sites I have frequented for years. The ones that are most effected are those with banking or bank credit cards. HELP
