I'm trying to add the world cup tracker to my home screen, but when i click the link, it just puts me in my new tab page with no changes. When I click the pencil edit icon, widgets are not an option for me. Is there a place I need to enable them?

Das VPN lässt sich in der neusten Version optisch zwar aktivieren, scheint aber nicht zu funktionieren. Die 50GB bleiben ständig erhalten und reduzieren sich nicht , trotz durch Test´s mit erhöhtem Datenvolumen. Auch erreichen mich bei aktivierten VPN wieder vermehrt SPAM und Ähnliches.

6/21/26 This morning I could not open my FireFox browser, unless i created a Profile. I was forced to use the Profiles Wizard to create a Profiles; when i finished all my Bookmarks had disappeared. Which was a great shock, had lots of Bookmarks in Bookmarks Toolbar, Bookmarks Menu, & Other Bookmarks, I need to get those Bookmarks back !! >>More info: I had Hibernated my Dell 15 laptop overnight. This morning when I turned on the laptop, I got the above message that I had to create a Profile, which I did, which made all my bookmarks to DISAPPEAR !! I need them back!

I have five old expired CC's that pop up every time for auto fill. However, when I follow the link, to Manage Payment Methods. It is completely empty. There's nothing to manage. How do I delete all the old stuff when there's nothing were it should be? Please see attached.

On Chrome, if you have multiple profiles open on a Windows 11 PC, they each show up on the taskbar as separate things with the Chrome logo. Meanwhile, with Firefox, separate profiles open windows on the same taskbar icon and simply switch the profile icon. The picture gives an example of what I mean. I've censored some stuff on it, but know that the stuff in white is in one profile while the other has the stuff in black. The gray is unrelated stuff. Claude says Chrome does this by giving each profile a separate AppUserModelID, whatever that is. Is it possible to do the same in Firefox?

Firefox saves my bank card details when I make payments, but to use the auto-fill I need a pin. I have no idea what this is, and I can't find anywhere to change it. I found where I could change my password (which I don't want to do) but nothing for the pin. What can I do?

Images have not been displaying properly. Or when they display properly, the images may go blank when scrolling past them or hovering the cursor over them. This is specifically troublesome with buttons to click on to confirm "yes" or "no", "next" or "start" where the text within those buttons is not visible. How would one purge their cookies, search history, tab data while resetting/randomising identifiable information (for example if Firefox were to give each user a serial number or unique tag which it hands to webpages), all without resetting a users a user's browser settings, about:config & browser extensions downloaded (and extension settings). I am using Debian GNU/Linux, so bear in mind that I will be using the most stable version of Firefox on the Debian repos, not the newest version. I do not have a command line phobia, I am willing to do a lot of initial setup & run a specific command every time I launch the browser, even if said command is long. My current system involves rm -rfing the profile on a browser, but this is not optimal because it removes settings & extensions.

I have several saved cards in 152.0.1 (64-bit). When on a payment site the drop-down list shows up as expected, so the extensions.formautofill.creditCards.supportedCountries is correct and working (GB). Also address filling still works, as does saved passwords,

However if I try to "Manage payment methods" the resulting list in "about:preferences#managePayments" is blank. (see image)

I have tried toggling on and off "save & autofill" and restarting, but nothing helps.

Adding a new card works, and the new card appears in the drop-down list on a payment form, but still nothing appears to edit or remove in the settings. How an I edit this list?

Hi I'm running Firefox 152.0.1, 64 bit, english version from Italy. From last updates I learned that a built-in VPN is available for users. I looked for it everywhere in Firefox toolbars and menus, but I cannot find it. Am I stupid or VPN can be unavailable in my local version of Firefox? Thanks!

Hello, I've been using Firefox for several years because of all browsers it's the only one (I know of) that has a setting whether to open links in new tab or in new window. I want them opening in tabs. This has been quite alright until last week when I was suddenly shown a message that I was using an old Firefox version and was forced to create a new profile. I did that but ever since then links keep opening in new windows - even though I have found the relevant setting and ticked the box "Open links in tabs instead of new windows". With or without the box ticked, the only way to open links in new tabs is to simultaneously hold Cttrl and click on the link. I've tried all variations of this box and the next two, but no luck. This is really important for me. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!
