there is a payment methods label in settings but thats is. its just a label under it immediately comes save addresses from other articles i can see that there should be a saved cards button but i have nothing why?

Either recommend an extension/helper or do a redesign for laptops. I've seriously been looking at abandoning FF but I've been using it for so long now that the idea of learning a new one isn't cute. Three stacked banners at the top leave a pretty small area for what I want to read/do. Full screen is nice but then the bookmarks vanish. Please for the love of FSM do something about this before I'm forced to leave.

I installed Firefox yesterday, and everything was fine for a day. Today, when I play a YouTube video, the entire page freezes - I can't pause it, select text, or do anything. The page starts responding after about 10 seconds from last interaction.

Compared to Chrome, I can play 20 YouTube videos at once and everything works fine.

The problem only occurs on YouTube. Sites like CDA and Jellyfin work fine.

The very first time I opened Firefox and tried to do a search I got a hijacker:

Why?

I did a scan with both Malwarebytes and with TotalAV, no detections.

I stopped using Chrome and Brave because I had another hijacker (Yohoo!). I used Malwarebytes to quarantine and delete that because my paid subscription to TotalAV didn't find it. Now I'm stuck with an all new different hijacker upon installation of Firefox.

I had once used my computer for my husband when his was down. Now when I'm in my computer in a web site, an example send a recipe to myself, when it comes in my email it comes from his account not mine. I've went on to his unit made sure my computer was not signed on using his account. I think it's coming thru Google but I can't figure what where & what to do about it. I attached an image showing the first account that comes up when going to google. I can go up to change the account to mine. But if I'm in site then send something it still shows his account & any response goes back to him not me. This causes much confusion as you can imagine. Is there a way to make this stop?

Every time i would open the app, it would crash immediately. I uninstalled and reinstalled, had the same issue. Recently updated to Win11. Reported each time but can't get into the app so don't know what the error is.

I'm getting notifications that my hard drive is infected with a Trojan. It appears to be McAfee pretending to be from Mozilla Firefox. I can't get rid of the damned things!

Hi there. The Netflix homepage is no longer displayed properly. Only the headlines are visible without the thumbnails (see screenshot 1). Netflix is properly displayed in screenshot 2 which was taken in an other browser. Can somebody please help me to solve this problem. Many thanks.

I tried logging into my account on a website. I decided to click on the passkey option to log in. Firefox had ask to access my passkeys and I mistakenly declined. But the pop-up doesn't happen again. It goes straight to "authentication failed" without trying to ask me again to access the passkeys. I don't see any setting for this in the settings page.

How do I change the permission to let Firefox access my passkeys? Or how do I make Firefox and Windows ask for my permission again?u I'd like to not have to reinstall Firefox if I could.
