Repeated Crashes

Once a week or so, Firefox crashes unexpectedly. The popup indicates its alerting Microsoft of the crash, but apparently not notifying Mozilla. Once such a crash occurs… (மேலும் படிக்க)

Once a week or so, Firefox crashes unexpectedly. The popup indicates its alerting Microsoft of the crash, but apparently not notifying Mozilla.

Once such a crash occurs, I close Firefox. Reopening it results in a crash shortly after all tabs open and I click on something (usually 3 or 4 tabs are open). No matter how many times I let Firefox close and then I reopen it, the crash recurs. The only recovery is a complete reboot of my PC.

How can I get and submit crash reports to support in hopes of getting a resolution?
