Hi, I have the settings of 'General > Startup > [checked] Open previous windows and tabs' on. Most of the time it works as expected, but there are several occurrences when all of the sudden all of my pinned tabs are gone. When this happened, I usually tried the 'Command + Shift + T' to restore them. Sometimes they came back, some other times, they don't.

Can you fix it?

It's starting to get really irritating because I can have >12 tabs pinned and it's troublesome to have to remember them all in case this happens again in the future.

All of my tabs at the top of the Firefox window have vanished. There's a list of websites at the left side to choose -- but I am not able to open more than one window. I want to restore all of my tabs!

There's a feature that pins tabs if they're dragged to the left of the tab bar, shown in the image attached. Is there any way to disable this functionality? I can't seem to find any documentation on it whatsoever.

I am a loyal Firefox user and recently started trying out the vertical tabs feature. However, I noticed a significant UI issue: there is a very sharp right angle in the upper-left corner of the web page.

Currently, Firefox employs a rounded-corner UI design overall, and this sharp angle in the upper-left corner looks quite inconsistent, especially since the tab to its left and the address bar above it both feature rounded corners.

Therefore, I kindly request that this issue be addressed in a future update to provide a better visual experience when using vertical tabs.

I don't need to pin tabs, ever. Every time I try and drag a tab to the first slot, it always pins the tab, and I don't want it to do that. Is there a way to disable this stupid feature?

With FF 140.0 on both WIn10 and WIn11, new tabs opened automatically then closed after less than a second. Initially I thought this was due to malware, but on inspecting the History, I found the source of this annoying behavior:

Is there a way to STOP this sidebar checking with its tab opening/closing without disabling Java entirely ? Is this annoying behavior really necessary in FF ?

Maybe this is counter intuitive, and/or I don't understand pinned tabs, but is there a way to have pinned tabs visible in the tabs list, instead of hidden.

I find it very inconvenient in a variety of ways.

The only Firefox will open a link in a new tab is if I force it to do so by right clicking each link and choosing open in new tab. Before it automatically opened in a new tab.

in the useless 141 update, pinned tabs now scroll the same way as unpinned ones, this is a problem for my 300+ tabs. I specifically pinned some tabs to have access to them all the time. with the new useless update, I now have to scroll forward/backward 300 tabs. do you really have such low-skilled testers and incompetent programmers that you didn't foresee this situation?

I just saw that there isn't 'list tabs' (V) in the vertical layout. Did you have any idea of how to rectify this small oversight ? Thank for this browser. <3

After the latest update, when I move a tab to the start of the line, it shrinks down to something unreadable. Before, it stayed the same size, with tabs all being the same size as each other, that size being dependent on how many tabs were open ONLY. How do I turn off this "Feature" ? I liked it the old way. I don't even know exactly what to look up to try to fix it.

I also hated tab groups, with my tabs suddenly moving around on me. I hate having to do research and maintenance every time I get an update. If this keeps happening, I may just stop updating or go to Chrome or something.

Hello, I periodically check to see if there is a way to stop dynamic tab resizing without having to edit the registry. I have tried several methods involving tab size in settings and nothing has worked to stop the dynamic resizing. Any new ideas out there?

I have pinned tab, but reaching them is inconvenient. I have to wait until the "List al tabs" menu appears. Is there such a thing as having the pinned tabs always visible at the beginning of the tab bar?

I also like this new sidebar pop out. Is there any way to place selected tabs there? There is this 'Tabs form other devices" options. Since that is the case, I don't understand the point of not allowing us to put tabs ion that sidebar from anywhere we like.

every time i go to open a link it puts me in a new tab, even trying to use the original way of changing the preferences in the browser itself doesn't work, it either opens a new window or new tab. i dont like new tabs or new windows created while searching or opening links, please help :/
