Hello, After performing a clean install of the OS, I logged in to my firefox account. But it is not syncing the passwords. I tried installing firefox to my phone, also not syninc. I uninstalled Firefox on my computer and reinstalled it, but when I logged in, the account couldn’t sync, it was as if the sync couldn’t retrieve any data from the server. Nothing happened at all.

On my Android phone, the data is still there, but when I tap “Synchronize now,” nothing happens either. I’ve tried signing out and signing back in multiple times, but still nothing works.

I also tried switching to a different computer and a different internet connection, but it still didn’t work.

What should I do now?

I have a firefox account but I'm trying to move my bookmarks from one computer to the next. I created a firefox account but nothing moved. How can I get my bookmarks to another computer?

I've been using Firefox for 15 years and since syncing has been available, all my tabs and favorites have been saved. Yesterday I saved new windows 10 and when I log in to mozzila, there's nothing?

Anybody else having issues with this feature? It had been working well to send tabs from my tablet and phone to my desktop computer, which I have been doing due to the lame way that FF uses for filing bookmarks into folders on the mobile devices.

A few days ago I started seeing "unable to send" popping up after a delay, instead of "tab sent" which typically appears immediately. Sometimes, the tab is sent even though it says it wasn't and sometimes it will send it after repeated attempts, and other times it doesn't. My wireless network and ISP connection are high speed and reliable.

So far, the problem only appears when trying to send from mobile to desktop. Sending from the desktop to mobile seems to work fine. The problem started while using 147.0.4 and persists after upgrading to 148.

Is there some way to open all tabs on a synced device. I have the list of tabs showing in the sidebar. However, the instruction: "While viewing synced tabs in Sidebar, right clicking on device name allows you to open all tabs from a device at once." does not work. Right clicking does nothing. Version 147.0.2 (64-bit) in Windows 11. Thank you.

New computer. Cannot import bookmarks or passwords. cannot save bookmarks or passwords. Will be forced against my will to use Microsoft. Sync won't easily connect old computer to new. Only computer to phone. Help ! old win 10 new win 11

Hello, my old laptop broke. I bought a new one, installed Firefox, and signed into my Firefox account. My add-ons synced, but my passwords and bookmarks are gone. I can't access the old laptop now. Is there a way to fix this without a backup file? Or are add-ons the most I can get? Both devices have been added to the devices in the Firefox account.

I am writing to request assistance with recovering my Firefox Sync data.

I recently reset my PC and after reinstalling Firefox and logging back into my Firefox account, my bookmarks and saved passwords are completely gone. I believe the sync may have overwritten the server-side data with an empty local profile after the reset.

I have profiles on desktop , i had enabled sync in all profiles when the feature was first introduced. the account icon always showed that it is syncing , but in the sync tab , no visited tab list appears of any profile in both the desktop .,, i installed firefox on the android today to check synchronization but its tabs never show in desktop profile and the android tells last synchronization never....neither the desktop tabs appear in android history

I changed my password in my Mozilla account and now I can no longer sync my firefox for android.

I scan the QR code and on my android screen proceeded normal and asking me to confirm but in my desktop I get an error.

"General application error Something went wrong. Try again later."

I also tried in safe mode with no luck.

What to do now?

I had a previous account with firefox on a different computer and attempted to login on a new one, but once i logged in none of my passwords or data transferred even though it was the same account, just curious if there’s any way i can get my info onto my new computer besides using a sync key or manually importing it

I can't get open tabs to sync from my other computer. Bookmarks synced and other info but I don't see anything about tabs from other devices. I've synced both ends, both are logged in and I've selected open tabs in both. Nothing,

The subject says it all. The "tabs from other devices" are a) Shown as a long flat list of links, not in their individual tabs, which is disappointing b) right click does nothing - doesn't open them as advertised

Hi, I created mozilla account and turned on synchronization to save my passwords, history, etc. After I done it, I formatted my pc. Now I've just downloaded mozilla and log in to my account to see that NONE of my data were saved... How is it even possible? I turned synchronization on and then selected which data I want to save. Will you be able to help my with that?

Dzień dobry, po zmianie urzadzenia (PC) pomimo tego ze na starym urzadzeniu zawsze byłem zalogowany do Firefoxa (synchronizacja byla automatyczna), to na nowym urządzeniu po zalogowaniu nie mam dostepu do wczesniej zapisanch zakladek oraz haseł. Prosze o pomoc, pozdrawim D.
