Since the "add on" issue with FireFox Moxilla a few weeks back, the "save" buttons (both in the browser, which is an add on; and on their website, which is not any type of browser add-on or extension) stopped appearing. All of the pinterest emails are not clickable to save a pin. Website auto "pin this" buttons are not working. An update didn't work. Clearing cookies, cache, temp history, etc. didn't work. This happened specifically after the issues Moxilla had with firefox add-ons/extensions which was fixed so quickly most people didn't even know it happened. When I visit Pinterest.com the page loads the header, but the rest of the page is blank. This happens on every synced FireFox device except android. Likewise on a computer-based Moxilla FireFox browser, pinterest emails do not have any "save" buttons. So you can receive the email, click through to an item of interest, but you cannot save it. This is something very odd.

Yes, I have the 'old Firefox data' file but several methods suggested for getting my bookmarks back have not worked. I also did the procedure suggested to make an HTML file from the backup file, just in case I might need it, but I do not see the HTML file in 'documents'. Is it somewhere else? I could list some of the efforts I have made to get my bookmarks back but it would take several pages of typing. Right now I have about 15 windows open from links on help pages for multiple ways to fix bookmarks problems, but after working on this for several hours I am hopelessly confused.
For one example: I went to Library / hit 'bookmarks' / hit 'show all bookmarks' / hit 'import and backup' / hit 'restore' / hit 'OK' / get message: "unable to process backup file".
Should I throw the computer out, buy a new one and start over? It would certainly be simpler. But I absolutely DO need those bookmarks.

Earlier today I tried to full screen youtube and It wouldn't work. I saw some suggestions on here saying delete cookies so I did and now it full screens, however the video is partway down the screen and above it is an empty white box. I've tried restarting in safe mode and deleting cookies again and neither of those worked. i'm having no issues in other browsers so I have no idea what could be causing it.
Firefox keeps hiding the full screen, minimize, and close buttons. How do I stop this from happening? Chrome and I.E. don't do this.

There are several pinned tabs when I open my Firefox.
The problem is when there is no Internet connection, these tabs are displayed as requiring network connection. However when the network is connected, these tabs are not automatically updated - they still displayed as requiring network connection. I have to refresh each one of them.
Is that my configuration has problem, or the automatically refresh tab function is missing?

This seems like it should be a very simple to thing to do.... it would be like the exceptions list we can access in options where we add websites to a list and they are allowed to open, but this would be the opposite.
I have searched around and it seems there are some add-ons/apps/programs I can download and run on my computer, one called BLOCKSITE. But I dont want to download anything. I have never done anything to cause this to happen, although I may have done it accidentally?? how, I do not know. I have tried everything to remove it so that I fill in that information myself each time I want to sign in to my Scotiabank account. I tried ctrl + shift + delete and no combination of the selections worked. Help, I cannot for safety reasons have this information showing. I have spoken to the bank, I have spoken to Google and they recommended I contact Fire Fox. Can you help. It would be very helpful if I could actually speak to someone, but I cannot find a contact phone number to do so.

I have ruled out hardware problems, because playing local video works fine. This issue also occurs on Chrome, and turning on or off hardware acceleration does nothing.

I deleted my user profile via Profile Manager (I clicked "Don't Delete Files"). I then created another profile via Profile Manager & all info is gone. I want to restore a profile, which is still installed on my computer, but don't know how. On the attachment photo, the bottom profile is the one I am using now. The one I want to restore and to use that one ONLY on this computer is shown above it which is dated 5/19/2019. What are my options to do this? I tried to open it in safe mode (no addons), but the behavior is the same. I have not lost the bookmarks. when I click the bookmarks menu item, they are all still there.
