All of a sudden the allow location permission window is popping up repeatably. I have the option turned off and every time I go to Amazon or Home Depot or any such place the window ops up requesting that location location tracing for the sites. I tried toggling the on/off for the option but it didn't stop it. Help!

On your homepage there are 24 news articles... is it asking too much to have 12 of them from non-far-left news agencies instead of the 20 far-left and 4 neutral? Or maybe you don't care about the 50+ percent of right leaning customers. Need a Bud-Light lesson?

  When I go on bj's site and click on the department  I want and click on an item A pop up keeps saying this page is slowing down your browser click stop to get a better experience. I never had that problem before,how do I fix that?

I recently made a purchase online and I got a pop up from emergent.com asking to save my ccv code. I declined, but is that normal?

This lasts possibly 3 seconds. It has an email logo and a high pitched sound. It just flashes on, not long enough to read, just long enough to be annoying. The location is always on the Top Right corner of the display. I have all notifications and web push blocked in Firefox preferences. System is Mac, OS 12.1

In my profile settings, "edit settings," I've checked the box "watch forum threads I start," and in "manage watch list" I've checked "questions."

Also, why are their two separate setting sections as noted above? And why am I only subscribed to the one question (under "manage watch list") I posted earlier today when I've been subscribed to my previous questions in the past? I can't even find an option to subscribe to my other previously asked questions.

A while back I recieved a firefox update, installed it with no problem but it seems the notification message is forever locked into my home page. Nothing I do will wipe it out. Ideas?

When I open Zen Browser, instead of showing the home page with my pinned pages and weather, I get a black screen. This is kind of frustrating because I have tried so many times to fix the problem but it doesn't work. I need your help, thanks.

I'm running Debian Buster, no outstanding updates, with Firefox 115.12.0esr. I recently got a message on starting Firefox that said an update was needed before 03/15 or I would lose certificate checking and other bad things. Looking at recent questions from Firefox indicated there had been occasions when "fake" update-needed messages appeared. The Firefox About display showed no indication of automatic upgrade download & installation occurring. How can I find out whether this is real or not? Thanks, Bill

Whenever I click on a notification news item it comes via The independent newspaper that I find very annoying. Is there a way of changing this? I was happy with Firefox the way it was until Microsoft mail was installed on my PC.

It seems certain sites are prone to fire popup tabs, with any click, right clicks included. I close them immediately and the second click acts normal, getting the nav result I was asking for. How to strength the popup blocking function to stop this distracting behavior? Thanks for any pointers. This may prevent me from staying on FF.
