When backing up bookmarks to HTML - HTML Back-Up does not include the TOOLBAR Bookmarks. Please advise how to include the toolbar bookmarks in HTML format. Thank you.

After years of using Firefox to access art sites, suddenly the sites no longer display all the images, leaving instead a verbal description of the art! This has happened in the last week! I am so frustrated with Firefox, I am considering switching to Safari or Chrome, as the don't have any problem downloading jpegs.

VPN is on. I can't access the internet. Error message is either: An error occurred during a connection to www.thewindowsclub.com. SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length.

Or: Connect to the internet You're offline. Check your connection.

I've googled the issue but it talks about ports and tunnels and going into settings. I've looked in the VPN Mozilla settings and there only seems the option to either include or exclude a website from the VPN. Nothing about different ports and testing. I've already written this message once but the VPN was on so it disconnected the internet and I lost this message! Trying a 2nd time now without the VPN

Any help? Or should I give up with it?

I'm trying to sync all the bookmarks I have saved in Firefox V 153.0 (aarch64) on my Macbook Pro V 26.5.2 to my Firefox V 153.0 on my iPhone 12 Pro running V 26.5.2

It looks like sync is running, but I can't find my laptop bookmarks on my iPhone?

Is it possible I have more than one firefox account? If so, how do I get rid of one?

Is it possible I'm logged in to Firefox via my Google account? If so, how do I delete that log in?

the bill pay feature has worked for years on firefox. when I asked merrill edge about the feature not working, they asked me to use another browser. So I used Chrome, and the bill pay feature works.

I have extensive bookmark collections organized under my bookmarks toolbar. I use different bookmark sets at home and work. I need them remain separate but would like them to be backed up and synced. For example, if I'm at home, I want to be able to toggle over to my WORK bookmarks with all the latest updates. Basically, I need distinct bookmark identities but don't care about keeping other work/home stuff isolated.

I tried making home and work profiles, but syncing them to my Mozilla account merged the bookmarks which was a mess that took a long time to straighten out.

Can 2 profiles be synced to the same Mozilla account without merging bookmarks toolbars? If I have to create a separate Mozilla account for each profile, that kind of defeats the purpose.

I've looked at the available docs but can't see a fix. Can someone advise how I can either:

A) Sync multiple profiles (with bookmarks) to my Mozilla account without merging the bookmarks toolbars B) Find another solution to let me toggle bookmark sets.

Hey guys, am I the only one having trouble finding the right timezone in the widget? I cannot set Indian Time Zone (IST, GMT +5:30, New Delhi, whatever) nor easily find Canadian timezones (i.e., Ottawa).

I know I can put GMT+4 and call it a day but A) I don't want to deal with summertime daylight saving times and B) Funny enough, if I select the GMT+4, clock goes to GMT-4 (and this happens for every other timezone).

I want to import my Chrome bookmarks into Firefox but I keep getting asked for my keychain password. I've tried my Apple I’d password and my Firefox account password. Neither works.

I am facing a glitch that is as hilarious as it is frustrating. Firefox has decided that my professional life must permanently take place under a massive, virtual Apple Park Rainbow. And I cannot turn it off.

The Tragic Backstory: This is the system-level macOS camera background. Usually, you disable it via the green camera icon ("pill") in the macOS menu bar. However, the moment Firefox accesses my FaceTime HD camera, the macOS camera menu completely freezes. It becomes unclickable.

What I’ve tried so far (and failed):

   Google Meet says "No effects applied". It has no idea the rainbow is even there.

   I used "Refresh Firefox" to completely wipe my profile. The rainbow survived.

   I forcefully revoked camera permissions via Terminal (tccutil reset Camera org.mozilla.firefox). Upon granting permission again, the rainbow immediately returned from the dead.

   Restarted the Mac multiple times. No change.

   Even opening the native FaceTime app to override the toggle failed, because Firefox seems to have locked the video pipeline down.

It seems Firefox is caching or hard-locking the macOS video effect stream and won't release it, while simultaneously breaking the OS-level menu bar toggle.

I love rainbows, but my clients during business calls are starting to wonder about my sanity. How do I force Firefox to drop this video stream and let me return to reality?
