Problems with slowness and crashing. Checked manage data and found this message: Your stored cookies, site data, and cache are currently using 17,179,869,184 GB of disk space. Cleared yahoo.com and yahoosandbox. A few days ago it was google.com causing this same absurd data message. v 94.0 on Linux

Nothing happens when I enter my gmail id and click Next in google login page. Seeing the below error message in Developer Tools -> Console.

Hi, I would like to ask a question about one of the add-on's for Mozilla browser, it's about FVD Speed Dial. I did not save any speed dials I did have. it worked normally all day, and suddenly I cannot use it nor save my settings to import to another speed dial because it's disabled by Mozilla for security reasons I will attach a screenshot. Is there any way I can recover my speed dial? Are they located on my PC by any chance, I cannot find them in any Mozilla folders? Would be really great if you could help me with this.

Hello I don't why the homepage icon got vanished  ? I can't see it ! I refreshed the browser twice Then I finally removed I installed again and got back all my preferences such as passwords + bookmarks + add ons So, no problem The icon appeared, but after two seconds it was automatically removed. Nothing I did nothing I touched . ??? It is also the Icon of history becomes inside menu in the right side not ( lonely as it was before )

I need to edit a website in WebFlow. But when I log into the admin for the site, I get the attached dialog saying I need to make sure that Firefox accepts third-party cookies. I turned off the Cookies setting in Privacy-Security, but that didn't help. How do I turn off blocking third-party cookies?

I am keeping trying to set up a two-step verify on my firefox account, but stuck on the last step of input the recovery code, even if I input the right recovery code, it still tells me I entered wrong code.

Hello, i've recently made the switch from Chrome to Firefox. However, I am someone who enjoys playing games in their browser. And it occured to me, that firefox seemingly lags and stutters whenever i try to play a game.

The two games i have tested are Zombs Royale and Wormax IO. These are two very minimalistic games with nothing much to them. The slowest computers can handle them...

I have a GTX 1080, with 12 gb of rams. I also tested on my laptop, which has unknown specs, but 4gb of ram.

Both devices performed worse then how they would perform in chromium based browsers. I wish to stick with firefox, as i hear security is a virtue with Mozilla, and Chrome really just wants to steal your data.

I might add, that i did follow a couple steps to make my browser more secure, I didn't disable stuff like webgl, but i disabled a bunch of other settings, here is the video i followed:

I did install a few add-ons, such as Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin, HTTPS Everywhere, and nightTab(I had this on chrome, and without it i feel home sick.)

I am unsure why these problems occur, as far as i know, my computer should be able to handle this.

I cannot find any other questions related to this, and it is really odd to me. I should also mention, Firefox is also quite slow anyways, it just feels slower than chrome, so i'm unsure if it's an optimization issue or what, but this occurs on all of my computers.

I have cleared out site and cookie history with no success, How do I eliminate this error. Other browsers have no problem with accessing the Spectrum TV app on this windows pc.

I am regular viewer of New Zealand Herald, NZ newspaper but the front page does not display correctly with Firefox browser. The images and text overlap on the left side. I use option + mouse scroll to scroll the webpage horizontally, however Firefox use option + mouse scroll to switch page back/forward. Are there any way to disable it?

Hello, i'd like to disable this function in Firefox (see image). it seems if i typed something on the text box (not history in search bar) Firefox will automatically save the text i typed. I have searched the web but i can't find the spesific options in my case, the only similar thread i find here are this https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1281693 but even there the issue aren't solved yet. My icon for Read Aloud has disappeared. I went to the add-ons and then to Read Aloud web site and removed it and then added it to Firefox. It goes through the process and when all done it does not show up in the bar at the top of the screen to click on. I don't know how to find it or where to look for it. I use this extension a great deal. Help me to find it and make it visible.

I am not getting live site data like I should be getting on Firefox 94.0.2 (64-bit) . I need to refresh the page to get current chart data. It should be updating in real time. I access binance.us on Microsoft Edge and it works fine, I get live chart trading data on the binance.us site on Edge. How do I fix this?

I have inspected the page and I keep getting theses error messages. These messages come up in troubleshooting mode as well.

Hi all, I suspect I'm out of luck but I'm hoping someone might have some ideas ... I'm using Firefox 94.0.2 and I have become a big fan of the ability to pin shortcuts/bookmarks to tiles in the New Tab screen. I customized my New Tab with 9 rows of tiles, 72 pinned sites, a very useful & convenient feature.

I got a new laptop for work, installed Firefox and logged into my Firefox account. I ran Sync to copy some open tabs over to the browser in my old laptop. Somehow the sync picked up the setting of having 72 tiles on the New Tab page, on the new laptop, which was great; but instead of my pinned sites, the 72 tiles were populated by random sites (presumably pulled out of browsing history). No worries; I'd expected that I'd have to manually configure the new laptop's browser anyway.

But then when i logged into my old laptop this morning I was dismayed to see that the pinned sites were gone! The 72 tiles are still there, but the pinned sites have been replaced by random ones. Now I'll have to reconfigure my old laptop's browser as well. :-(

My question: is there any way to restore the previous pinned sites without having to re-pin them all manually? And once they're all back in place, is there some way to export/save/lock them, so this won't happen again? If having Sync enabled across my two devices is going to randomly wipe out my pinned sites, then I suppose the New Tab tile functionality is not so useful and I'll just use an old-fashioned Bookmark list.

At the end of October, the Eno add-on from Capital One credit cards stopped working. This add-on produces single-use credit card numbers connected to my Visa card to help avoid fraud for online purchases. I really like the option but can no longer use it with Firefox. I can only use it with Chrome, and I'd rather not use it there because of their constant tracking.

Please make it work again!

When I looked into why it was taking so long to backup my FF profile, I realized it was because their are over 21k files my backup software has to compare.

The majority of these are in the "Storage" folder -- apparently local/offline storage for various sites.

I've already moved the cache to a non-synced location using browser.cache.disk.parent_directory and would like to do the same with "Storage".

But I can't seem to find any info on what pref would allow me to do that. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
