I accidentally right clicked and hit "Remove from Address Bar" on the Reader View icon and now it's gone. I tried typing "about:config" into the browser and searching "reader" then selecting the "reader.parse-on-load.force-enabled" toggle to "true" and that didn't get it back. Is there a way I can get it back?

The other day I discovered all my extensions have been disabled. I have an old Mac and am not able to upgrade to a newer version of Firefox. Is Mozilla going to offer a solution for people like me who find their preferred browser to now be frustrating and inefficient? I would love to restore my add-ons. Thank you.

I am not a "techie" kind of person, so please bear with me. I received the email from Mozilla telling me to update my Firefox.

Will Firefox 78.15.0 continue to work on my Mac after March 31, 2024? I do not use Sync. I do have many bookmarks and saved passwords. The email from Mozilla is a bit unclear what will happen. I am using an older computer running Mac OS 10.10.5 and cannot update to a newer system, so I cannot update Firefox. Thanks very much.

Suddenly when I try to go on Youtube, I get messages that I'm blocking ads. I'm on a Mac-mini using X El Capitan V10.11.6, which is the highest I can upgrade to. I'm using Firefox Browser 78.15 (64-bit) and info shows it's up to date. My old Safari browser still will work with Youtube, but Foxfire is my go-to browser.

Dear Firefox Officer,

I have been requested by e-mail to update my Firefox 78.15.Oesr (64 bits) before the end of March. Is this update compatible with my MacBookPro5,4 with IOS El Capitan 10.11.6? Please note that I cannot install a more recent IOS. Without updating my present Firefox, would I still have access to all my favorite folders and applications? Thanks for your help. I can't scroll down my Outlook Email folders. I have maybe 30 folders, but I can only see the first/top 12 or so, starting with Inbox, etc. I can scroll down my emails. I have asked Microsoft Support 3 times, so I have deleted addons, cleared cache, tried Private Window, but still no joy. The folders are all visible on my cell phone (Android), but I really want full use of Hotmail again on my laptop. It has been a problem for a few months. I cannot update my OSX, so cannot install/use another browser, and probably not update Firefox either from 78.15.Oesr. Thanks in advance.

Hi I recieved an Email Notification From Firefox Mozilla saying that i need to Upgrade my Forefox Browser on my MacBook Pro 2009 ( Operating System Yosemite Version 10.10.5 ) by 31st of march.my Firefox is set to update automatically

 so,  Is this a Legit Notification or a scam 
and , if legit, how do i go about doing it without updating my Operating system
   any info would be appreciated !

I received an email from mozilla, dated 02/23/24 subject: Don't stop the sync Up grade firefox password by March 31st.

I'm dumb about how to do this.......My deceased wife did all of using the Mac. The unit has version 78...Has anyone got time to guide me thru this??

The top informational header for my Earthlink email has vanished on Firefox. I still receive email but cannot reply/forward via Firefox. a complete and correct Earthlink email is still found on internet and their website.

How do I get the header for my email back on Firefox?

Hi, my 2008 Mac Pro uses OS X El Capitan, version 10.11.6 and I am on Firefox 78.15.0esr, I cannot install the new upgrade. Can I continue using the older version of Firefox even though the sync will not work anymore?

My apple computer is 2008 imac and on the 78.15.Oesr and no more updates exist, will i still be able to use firefox web browser after March 31st

I accidentally deleted the blue star on one of my book-marked items and am struggling to get it back. Its very useful so i can see immediately if somethings already been bookmarked. Plus I could remove easily and/or put into other folders. All solutions appear to be to go to customize firefox and to drag and drop in some bar at the top of the page BUT when i do this it STILL doesn't come back. HELP!!! (Please explain in total laymens terms and don't nauseate me with technolingo.)
