Hi All,

I have a number of computers that I would like to have configured identically, including Firefox's extensions. Is there a mechanism that I could use to automatically install a list of extensions on my (linux, windows) computers?

I have just re-installed MW due to probs using the original one, but now I cannot enter my registration code,(life time) there is no where to do so it seems,have looked everywhere?

I did a new Windows 10 install yesterday. I then added my favourite apps.

When I got Firefox installed, adjusted the settings and added my extensions (most of which I've used for years), I found a glitch.

The icons for AdBlocker Ultimate and LastPass do not show up in the Customize Toolbar menu. I keep both of these on my toolbar in the past.

I've tried restarting Firefox several times and, finally, tried running it in Troubleshoot Mode. The last, it seems, doesn't allow the use of extension.

So ... please help!

I apparently installed something that opens The Free Dictionary by Farlex when I double-click on a word in a web page. It's really annoying, and I don't know how to turn it off. Any suggestions?

I have McAfee+ Ultimate Family Security package and was attempting to set up its Password Manager. As it worked out their tech rep indicated that Firefox (which is my default by choice) does not support that particular extension for some reason. Is Firefox/McAfee collaborating to resolve this issue?

I checked my add-ons in settings to see what was wrong as I noticed the icons were missing. Upon looking at the proper tab, everything "could not be verified" (including themes) even though everything was working perfectly within 24 hours prior to the issue arising. When trying to reinstall anything from the extension store, all I receive is a "this appears to be corrupt and thus will not install." Clicking the "more information" button on any/all affected add-ons reveals that everything is unsigned. How do I alleviate this?

How can I stop advertisers from changing my 'Settings' fields 'Home page and new windows' to their URL which brings up their page before I can enter my password? I'm on Linux Desk Top.

Hello, I have Facebook Container installed (Windows 11) on my desktop. However, if I click a link to a FB page, say in an email or on a webpage, Facebook opens onto the current tab and makes it a container tab. Since I can not go back once FB is opened in the container tab, I have to open a new tab and go back to the original (pre FB) webpage. This is the only time this happens.

What settings can I change so that the Facebook Container opens Facebook into a new tab, not on top of an existing open tab?

I have recently installed the containers extension and have been having a bit of trouble with one site (the others are fine), which seems to originate from the manner in which the site is structured. As it references new pages, they are often in a different URL. For example, you start in login.site.com, which then tries to load dashboard.site.com, but it fails authentication on dashboard.site.com because it opens in a different container. Which then tries to open the login.site.com page again, which displays the login page, but showing it tying to complete the original authentication. I have tried to add each step along the way, but without success. Is there a way to overcome this?

HI, After upgrade to Seqouia 15.6.1 an extension for developing Oracle APEX applications breaks Firefox. It is the only extension I have installed. Console information is not really that helpful. Maybe you can make some head and tails about it.

its one request i want to ask, can you add WhatsApp Web Plus into Firefox plugins/addons?

or maybe the question is, how to add the extension that exists on chromium based browser to firefox based?

Hi there, I'm trying to upload a new version of my browser extension (version 1.4.5), but the submission is being blocked due to a version number conflict. The issue is that I accidentally submitted a different extension under this listing with version 1.7.7. I reverted it immediately, but now I'm unable to upload the correct version (1.4.5) because it's considered a downgrade.

I really don't want to change my extension’s versioning just to get around this, since 1.4.5 is the actual next version in my release cycle. At the same time, I don’t want to stop updating the extension on the Mozilla Add-ons store. Is there a way to resolve this?

How can I block the google account sign in dialog box on weather.com. I can't close it or get rid of it. It permanently obscures part of the screen. I use Windows 11 and the most current version of Firefox. This problem began within the last few months.

When I open Amazon's page a splash screen appears that takes up a third of the screen. This splash screen provides keystroke shortcuts. Are you responsible. If HOW MAY I PERMANENTLY ELIMINATE THIS ANNOYANCE?

I kept my installation of Windows 11 while doing a clean install of Windows 11 to another drive. I installed FF and copied the profile from the old installation to the new one. about:addons displays all my add-ons and they're all enabled. But their icons don't appear to the right of the search bar. How do I get them back?

I installed the 4 choice AI system and used it once and was impressed. At that very same site I wanted to highlite copy and paste but when I did the highlight was so faint as to be almost invisable . After some attempts and not wanting to lose that feature I deleted the AI via mouse right click. Realizing that was not the problem I have searched several times but cannot get any further thru settings and more tools to try to Reinstall that feature . Also the sparkle button never showed with the fisrt install. It originally appeared of its own accord . Will I get the choice again when I reboot .. ? hope you can help me thanks mike

I am almost BLIND, "dark reader" extension that I paid for but cannot activate is BLOCKING important functions like the CAM I need to read with. I have contacted him many times, he just cruelly plays with me. he just keeps telling me over & over & over to do DO what is impossible to do because what I need is NOT THERE!. I am done with him. I will have to PAY A CAB to drive me & my crippled computer to a computer tec. in the hope they can clean up his mess.

I want to change the name of my Firefox extension from "eBird reviewer utilities" to "eBird reviewer assistant". I thought that it would be sufficient simply to change the name in the manifest:

 "name": "eBird reviewer utilities",
 "version": "1.3.46",

to

 "name": "eBird reviewer assistant",
 "version": "1.3.47",

(This was sufficient for Chrome.)

Firefox on my Windows 11 laptop processed this exactly as I expected, picking up the new version and new name. However, Firefox on my Windows 11 desktop does not recognize that there is an update, it only says no updates available. Likewise, Firefox on my Android phone has not picked up the update.

I noticed that the name on the product page was still the old one, so I tried renaming it there, and bumping to version to 1.3.47.1. On the Developer Hub, the extension is correctly listed with the new name and version (see attached screenshot)

However, my desktop running at 1.3.46 still says "No updates found". (See second attached screenshot)

So my first question is, is the confusion related to the attempted name change? And secondly, regardless of the reason, how do get the update recognized?

Hello, Recently tried to open a Extension clicking it to configurate it, but the Extension menu didn't show up. I tried using other profiles, clear my data and a bunch of things. It happens with any Extension.

• It started happening when I formatted my PC
• It's not a Extension problem, it's firefox problem because i tried in other browsers
• I tried using other Firefox versions and forks
• Also using geckium theme (Makes firefox look like Chrome 2009+)

Please, if you can help me i will thank that.
