the build in VPN is not working anymore: the messages we get are often like "no internet connection". i did use it now for some weeks, but after the last update it stopped working now for some days.

I have no saved passwords, yet on some sites that require a login, a selection box shows a couple of choices for a user name/id for me to select. How do I clear these or stop the popup. It';s annoying. Thanks

Hello! My Firefox browser is currently in a state where all fonts/letters in the Firefox interface (bookmark bar, settings, about page, website name...) are replaced by undecipherable characters.

I've searched for similar problems already and tried so far the following steps to resolve, unsuccesfully...

• Opening the browser in Safe Mode / Deactivating all extensions
• Uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox

• Disabling hardware acceleration
• Trying on another profile




When I copy paste said text to another window (ex: Notepad, Chrome Browser…) it appears properly. And as you can see in the screenshots below the text in actual websites is readable -- only the browser's interface, setting, address bar... are scrambled.

Does that bug rings any bell? Do you have any other troubleshooting steps I should try to resolve this? Any help will be appreciated! : )

Since a few days the free VPN in Firefox doesn't work anymore. When I activate it and try to load a website, i get the message: Connection with VPN failed. Try again in a few minutes. It also says, that my connection is possibly not private and that an app can possibly see my data traffic. The VPN always used to work fine, and I didn't change anything.

I had an automatic update to my Firefox browser desktop yesterday to version 155.0. I didn't notice any issues at the time, but that was because I was using my bookmarked websites rather than looking up anything on the search bar. My keyboard input worked just fine and I had issues.

Just now, I was tried looking something up on the Firefox search bar and it seems that nothing I type into the Firefox search bar worked. I can't use commands either, I tried to copy paste and it didn't work.

Shortcuts is a very helpful feature in firefox it makes u open any web from the homepage, but sometimes u reach a point where u need more shortcuts, currently the max number of shortcuts rows u can pick is 4 and each row has 8 shortcuts which mean u can only make up to 32 shortcuts only, and for some users including my self this is not enough. So my request is adding the option to make shortcuts rows up to 10 rows or higher.

Sometime in the last week or two, every page starts with a banner that says "you must sign in to the internet to continue". I'm already/always signed in. On those few occasions when I click on the network login link (rather than clicking X to dismiss this dangerous and wrong banner), it shows a very dangerous site and says that site is prohibited. (As it should be.) So why is the banner demanding that I log in (forcing me to click X to dismiss it)? This feels like your site has been compromised, that some malicious actor is forcing this prompt on every page. (And even after I click X to dismiss it, it reappears 10-15 minutes later.

how do I get rid of these annoying webpages that appear automatically when Firefox or it's adblocker has updated? it's like advertising for an app I already use the whole time.

Good evening, the built-in VPN has not been working for a week, when enabled, NO sites open and the message "could not connect to the VPN" pops up, the browser is blocked completely, what to do?

Every website throws the following error with built-in vpn enabled, regardless of chosen location The connection has timed out

when I went to turn on Firefox this evening, the icon was gone and there was no access to Firefox. The only way I could access the internet was through Safari, which I otherwise never use. This happened 2 or 3 weeks ago but, that time, I was able to find the icon. This time that is not the case.

No web pages are loading when the built in Firefox vpn is on. Worked fine a few days ago and I haven’t changed any settings, still have GB allowance. Just seems to have stopped working. Web pages load fine with it off. Changed browsers and still nothing. On windows 11. Cheers

I am having an issue where Firefox sometimes keeps showing an older version of my website even after I update CSS or JavaScript files. A normal refresh does not always show the latest changes, but clearing the browser cache fixes the issue.

Is there a way to refresh or clear the cache for only one website without clearing all browsing data? I would like to keep the cache and login data for my other websites.
