Добрый вечер. У меня было открыто несколько контейнеров с разными аккаунтами ,после обновления все пороли от этих аккаунтов пропали и я не могу в них войти.Пороли найти на все проблемотично и невозможно.Как восстановить доступ к аккаунтам в контейнерах?

Firefox closed the browser for an automatic update two days ago, and when it came up back after the update all my open windows and tabs simply disappeared. History tab was reset to a blank page, there was no trace of anything. I tried the access through 'Menu / History / Recently closed windows' or '.../ Recently closed tabs' and they were both blank, empty, zero, nada ... This is the first time it happens to me, and I'm surprised and disappointed that such a predictable and basic bug shows up on an update.

I have a couple dozen tabs I use for task f-ups, it' unproductive and annoying to get them all back up to work. If this happens again I doubt I keep using Firefox as my preferred browser.

1. Anybody else suffering the same issue?
2. Is there a cure for the problem?

I am writing to report an issue I’ve been experiencing with your browser. Despite setting the startup option to “Continue where you left off,” my open tabs are not being restored when I reopen the browser.

I have already taken the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:

   Confirmed that “Continue where you left off” is enabled in the settings

   Ensured I am not using incognito/private mode

   Disabled all extensions to rule out conflicts

   Verified that the browser is up to date

   Checked for tab recovery options in history

Even after trying all these measures, the problem persists. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue.

My Mac shut down unexpectedly. Upon rebooting the newest version of Firefox - 138.0.1 was installed. All of my bookmarks have disappeared. I tried to restore from a backup but when I hit restore in the manage bookmarks window it says "choose file" but it lists no files to choose from. I found multiple backup files by accessing my Firefox profile via finder. However when I try to open them with Firefox it displays a blank page and nothing in the bookmarks tab. Is it possible that the bookmark files have also been deleted from the backups as well? If not, how do I transfer these files to the active bookmark tab in the menu bar other than using the restore function which offers no files to choose from?

As of a few days ago all my bookmarks disappeared and I can't save anything to bookmarks nor can I type a couple letters of frequently used websites and the url automatically comes up. Jenny

Last night my computer asked me to install an update (not sure if it was Mac or Firefox whose upgrade it was). Although when I restarted, it's closed out all of my firefox windows (does not allow me to restore session), and all of my book marks are also gone.

Is there any way to get these back?

Your update has erased every bookmark I had, no gmail, no YT, NOTHING is left. my history is erased. Thank you for destroying my computer. WHY DID YOU DO THIS TO ME?

Hello, I recently had 20+ tabs open in Firefox. I moved 1 tab of the 20 to be a separate page and closed the other tabs. Now I am unable to re-open the other tabs through the 'Recently Closed Tab' feature. That feature only shows a few new tabs I opened on the separate page. Is the only option to painstakingly search through history over several months to re-open several tabs I had open for several months? Thank you the feedback, Ken

I have a new PC and using the same account in both old and new (jrallen@umn.edu). The sync mechanisms are on, but the new machine seems to have only a few of the bookmarks from the old machine. It seems like they are missing or invisible. I only have "Other Bookmarks" available.

I have lost all my Firefox bookmarks, apparently because I inadvertently updated to a new version of Firefox. Of course, the online directions instruct me to click on links that do not come up when I follow the directions to access them. How do I get back my old Firefox bookmarks. Thanks for your help. My husband bought a new computer and signed into Firefox with the wrong email but the right password. Needless to say his decades of info disappeared. I have the recovery key from his old computer, am I guaranteed it will recover his old info? He is so sure it will fail he just wants to return the new machine and struggle with the crappy old one.

I cannot log in to Firefox and get the tabs I had when I logged out. I get a brand new page and can log in as I please, starting with tab 1. I've looked at every possible entry under the 3 ... menu, and ever entry under File. I've restarted the computer, etc.

I commonly keep windows I am using as reference for research I'm doing and don't add every item to a bookmark until I've conclude which I should keep. This same event happened a year ago and I'm quitting Firefox after close to 30 year of use unless I can recover, and learn what caused this.

It has opened and closed fine literally hundreds of times, now it's as if erased the past but will reopen fine and start over without having to download Firefox again.

I'd rather recover than start over. Help if you can, please.

I ran into a glitch in another program, and as part of trying to fix it I rebooted my computer. On doing so, I find that the VAST majority of the tabs I had open in my main browsing window have disappeared - some of them out of tab groups I'd created to avoid losing the tabs in question. Neither tab history nor browser history show the missing tabs.

What gives?! Is there any way to restore the window as I had it, say, yesterday?
