Please let me know what is wrong here I have recorded the issue as you can see that the buttons of pop up for screen record are missing text also location pop up is missing text same with download file names.

I don't know what is the issue and why the texts are not showing but it's been a big hassle.

Please help me solve it. I barely managed to record thing since even it doesn't show which screen I want to record.

It seems like almost every time I do a Windows Update on and sometimes when I just restart my Lenovo IdeaPad 3 my language gets changed from American English to French. Even some of the add-ons change preferences. Since I don't speak or read French it can be a real hassle to get everything changed back. What I usually end up doing is going to the page on the Mozilla site that has different downloads for different languages and I download the correct one. Once I install it over the existing installation things go back as they should be until I do another Windows Update or like I said before, sometimes after just a restart. This just happened again a few hours ago when I did a Windows Update. All the menu items and drop downs were suddenly in French. My Forecast Fox changed to Celsius instead of Fahrenheit. My Notifier for GMail changed to French. A couple log in pages for some web pages were in French. This never happened with other laptops I have had that were different brands. I once tried just uninstalling Firefox and then reinstalling the correct language version and things were fine until the next time I did an update. My preferences are set to how I want them and I just don't understand why it keeps getting changed.

I find that OneNote Web Clipper extension is not available for Firefox now. I'm sure it used to be. Why is it not available and is there a workaround to be able to use it still in FF? Windows 11.

So I have a video playing on firefox, but the moment it drops from the foreground, it immediately pauses the video (the actual video playback). The audio continues, but the video stops until it is back in the foreground, at which point the video continues where it ought to. I have tried disabling the unload tabs in the config menu as well as disable the foreground pausing or whatever its called, as recommended by previous posts. I used to not have this issue at all, so I'm not sure what changed. Please help! Thank you.

I can't get rid of a solid green screen when playing back internet video, on You Tube for example. The problem only started recently - it was fine before that. I have always used Firefox as my default browser.

I don't know what happened because the browser was working fine earlier this morning and I didn't do anything to compromise it. I didn't go to settings and change anything. I suspect someone may have 'hacked in,' if that is still even a 'thing.' I think this because when I try to shut off my internet temporarily someone turns it back on and I usually have to 'fight' with whoever that is to get my internet to go off. I tried to ask google a question I wanted the answer to. That question was, how long does the flu last (because I have it or covid.) I also asked how long does covid last. What happened was that spinning thing where it was continually searching but never going to the site. Can you help, please? Thanks in advance if you can.

I have been unable to send or receive emails for the past week when I try to send a message I get this message come up .... .. Sending message failed.... The message could not be sent because the connection to outgoing server SMTP smtp.gmail.com timed out try again..... I dont know why this has happened and I cannot fix it???

I was having trouble with Firefox freezing and needed to close it with Task Manager and reopen it whenever this happened. On one of these restarts, only a few of my windows opened up with the new session. All of the other open windows vanished. They're not in my history or my recently closed windows at all. There are three specific windows of the lost windows that had data I was actively using and don't want to lose. The URLs would be enough. I was also using the other windows, but I can re-find that information easily enough.

I have a task bar at the bottom of my screen -- or I used to. Ever since I installed a Norton protection program several says ago, the task bar shows up sometimes and other times, it is gone and I cannot access it. When it's there, it gives me access to the websites I'm using, all my written files and picture, video and other files, volume control and other options. I NEED TO SEE AND USE THIS TASK BAR ALL THE TIME, NOT SOME OF THE TIME WHEN FOR SOME REASON IT'S THERE. AGAIN, I WANT TO ACCESS THIS TASK BAR ALWAYS WHEN I'M ONLINE.

I have used Firfox for many years as my main browser...I just upgraded to Sonoma on two Macs and Firefox is nu-useable on both... I waited for the new update and somethings were working but still can not depend on the browser to work... Can you help...?

I was working in Firefox, everything was working fine and all of a sudden, by tabs began to crash. I only had 2 tabs open. I opened Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode and still, the tabs crashed. I opened More Troubleshooting Information and tried to Refresh Firefox, but it appeared nothing happened.

I do not want to lose the Bookmarks I have saved!!

I'm using Firefox 120.0 on an iMac running OS 13.6.1. When browsing in an open window, merely moving my iMouse (no clicking) causes the display to zoom in and enlarge the display a huge amount that is much larger than normal zooming can produce. Please provide a solution.

I've recently switched back to Firefox from Edge and have run into a frustrating issue.

When I try to print documents from Firefox, the "Color Mode" in the print settings is grayed out so I can't select B&W.

This same problem exists both on my MacOS laptop + my Windows 11 desktop. Additionally, they are connected to different printers on different networks. It also occurs whether I'm trying to print a PDF or anything else in Firefox.

Based on this, it appears Firefox is the culprit here.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

I lost all my bookmarks because I forgot my Firefox account password and didn't realize they were in the cloud (I thought they were stored locally). I don't have any bookmarks backups, but I did recently back up my Macbook via Time Machine. Would Time Machine be able to recover my previous bookmarks? If so, how?

I am about to stop using Firefox, because recently, every time it wants to update, it goes right ahead without my say so, and completely voids my entire history. Everything is gone. I have to find all my tabs again, and sign into them all again. Dreadful. I was a faithful user of this web platform, bit this is so inconveniently useless, I cannot continue.
