I'm looking in Web Developer Tools> Inspector> Layout Pane> Computed View at a specific CSS property. Expanding the property shows all the rules that tried to set the property, I suppose in decreasing order of CSS priority. Why do some of those rules have a strikethrough, and others not?

I know that a strikethrough often indicates that a rule has been superseded. But in this case, all of the rules (except for the topmost one) have been superseded. And yet, only some of those overridden rules have a strikethrough, and sometimes none of them do. So what does the strikethrough indicate?

Youtube isnt getting the video when using a non-private window. I've tried turning off every adblock I have. I removed some extensions that werent active in private windows to see if that was the problem. I tried closing and re-opening firefox. I restarted my computer. I logged out and back into google and then back out. Then i opened inspect element and the console and ... i have no idea what im looking at here but it says theres an error on the non-private window that *isnt* there on the private window, and it doesnt even show the playback element in the console as far as i know? i genuinely have no idea how to fix this or what is even broken, please help.

Suddenly spell check for my mail (Yahoo ATT and Proton) mail stopped as well as anything I write (like "heree"), so it's a Foxfire issue. The bar comes up but no suggestions (blank). I went to preferences and unchecked and rechecked "check spelling". Also unable to add dictionaries. Suggestions?

the latest update 136.0.3 is broken. When right-clicking an item, none of the choices work (e.g. right-clicking on any word brings up a menu with 'open in new tab' as a choice, but nothing happens)

Win11 computer, firefox 136.0.3. Been using FF/Paypal for years, not working for a couple weeks. Click on vendor paypal link either does nothing or produces window with spinning icon which eventually disappears (image). Have tried everything I know of: safe mode, delete history/cookies, test profile, disabled ublock on paypal and vendor site. Can log in normally to Paypal acct. Paypal works on Chrome. Suggestions?

It says Login failed, but I have successfully logged out and back into my firefox account.

Don't understand WHY every site I visit, ends up as a Tab. I would like to have ONLY the ones I need! Also, where is the tab that I used to have to allow some sites to post?

I have asked this question once before, but was hoping I could get some help by asking again. The text on my screen will completely bug out, and I have no idea how to stop it. I will attach several images from this screen alone showcasing the issue. It occurs everywhere, including captions. Only Firefox has this issue on my computer. I have tried refreshing Firefox once, and it did not solve the problem.

My Firefox browser used to open in full screen but for the last 2-3 months it only opens about 2/3 of the screen. Pressing F11 does not work. It only works if I press the centre icon in the upper right corner of the browser.

This happens every time I open the browser. I have looked on Google but nothing works for me. It used to work fine and I do not know what has happened. Another browser works fine but Firefox does not. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Kind regards

I updated yesterday to Windows 11. Following that update,I had a few difficulties getting Firefox up & running. It seems to be OK now except for the Firefox icon appearing twice on my taskbar when I switch on my computer. Is there an easy solution? I am not technically skilled. Thanks for any guidance.

On my company's Outlook (365), when I start a new email the font on the first line *says* that it's Calibri - like I set in my email settings - but it appears to be an entirely different font. Also in Outlook, when I type 1st it changes the '1' and the 's' to superscript, makes the 't' regular sized, and will not allow me to place a space after the 't'. I have to hit 'enter', then space, then continue typing and then go back and remove the 'enter'.

In OneDrive, I'll open it from the 9 dots at the top left of Outlook and OneDrive will load. However, a moment later it often asks me to 'sign in', even though I've clearly been signed in for some time. Sometimes I can bypass it, but often the page won't work right until I click the 'sign in' pop-up. Then, it disappears, refreshes the page and it works fine; without me actually signing in.

I bring these two issues up at the same time, because they began at the same time. I believe it started in January or early February, if that helps. I waited to seek help, expecting it could have been caused by a recent update that would be corrected later. I recently saw that Firefox released an update and my browser auto-updated, but the issues persist.

I've reached out to Microsoft for support on this and we found the issues only occurred in Firefox, so I'm here to ask for some help, please.

I don't know when it began but on 136.0.3, I'm experiencing choppy playback of 4k/24fps video. 60fps works fine, as do lower resolutions of 24fps content. I confirmed that YT is using the VP09 for playback.

I frequently use google image translate by taking screenshots and pasting them in the website. On chrome, I could grant it access to the clipboard on the first screenshot then not worry about it anymore. On firefox however, pressing ctrl + v first opens a context menu where I then have to click "paste" (or press p) every single time. It's getting annoying to have to go through this extra step. Is there a setting or add-on that would allow me to give a website full clipboard permissions like other browsers?

We have been using firefox as our default browser for over Ten years. We have several internal web pages created with google sites, with simple google sheets containers that have been working fine in that period. As of two days ago, the pages started displaying incorrectly in firefox as shown in attachments. Have tried disabling trackers and extensions and emptied cache as well as making sure firefox is fully up to date. This is happening on multiple terminals at several locations. Safari and chrome browsers work fine. Any troubleshooting help appreciated or if this is a known bug?
