its pretty much what it says on the tin, im not seeing my channel points in chat

 i have turned off all the tracking stuff 

i turned off the enhanced tracking and i still cannot see or earn my channel points i have turned my site security to nothing to see if that would do anything I have turned off all my add-ons and they just dont show can anyone tell me whats happening here

When using DuckDuckGo Search I cannot drag and drop the search URL into my Bookmarks. I can drag and drop a Google Chrome search URL into my Bookmarks as usual. Also, the correct URL is not shown for the search using DuckDuckGo. See attached screenshot.

Please resolve.

Tonight I was roaming around my Firefox settings looking at something else, when I noticed this AI piece pre-checked. Why is FIREFOX, who is supposed to be for privacy and security, authorizing an update that automatically choose AI? Not cool Mozilla. Not Cool. Anyone else have this? and yes, I've already fixed it ;-)

Whenever I open these drawing preview pages in Firefox, the browser gets slow or sometimes becomes unresponsive. The same pages load completely fine in Chrome, so I’m trying to understand what might be causing this only in Firefox.

Most of the previews are large drawings or viewer embeds, so maybe Firefox is struggling with rendering them. I tried clearing cache and turning off extensions, but the issue still comes back.

If anyone has dealt with similar heavy graphics or rendering issues in Firefox, what should I check or adjust? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Firefox is stuck in a loop! After installing the 145 update, it just keeps asking me to sign into with my admin credentials to install "a new helper tool" over and over. After entering my password nothing happens and when I try to relaunch, the FF icon just bounces. ("Force Quit" shows that the application is not responding.) After multiple attempts, I rebooted my laptop, but it didn't help, as I still get the request for installing the helper too. I'm in the midst of multiple project deadlines and this is very frustrating! Thanks in advance for your help.

I use the Firefox browser.

While online, as I pressed a letter , Firefox closed, and its icon on the Taskbar disappeared.

After finding a Mozilla support page, and updating the browser, I found that all of my Bookmarks had disappeared.

And even worse. I tapped the 3 bars in the upper right corner to go to > Settings > Privacy Security > Saved Passwords. All of my Passwords were eliminated too. This is disastorous.

Help, I'm 71 years old.

My Bookmarks are missing. I see backups under the profile/bookmarkbackups folder but when I manage bookmarks, they are not in the restore dropdown. I have followed the steps to delete the places.sqlite but when I reopen firefox, I do not see the bookmarks have been restored. I thought it might have been related to Norton Utilities so I renewed a subscription but no luck. I also have a json file with my bookmarks but I cannot choose it from Manage Bookmarks, either

I'm on the local network. When I use Firefox to download a very small .docx file, the download gets stuck and doesn't move, taking a while to complete. But with Edge, it downloads almost instantly. Please help resolve this issue.

My desktop icon has disappeared. It is still on the taskbar and in Start Menu (Windows10), also listed in programs on control panel. After a Windows 11 update, Firefox does not automatically start although set to do it and when I start it, a small rectangular box appears in the upper left corner of the screen.

you asked me to change my profile, choose a color and I did. But when I wanted to Firefox, all my old password and bookmarks had disappeared. I want them back if I am going to continue to use Firefox as my favorite browser.

Hello I got a pop up or it was new tab informing about new firefox functions. It was about profile creation and management. Now i have two profiles and cant switch back to my old one. I cant seem to be able to delete new profile to return to my old one.

I am using Firefox on my MacOS Tahoe. There is a persistent annoying issue where whenever I close (physically fold) my laptop screen and reopen it, Firefox will be frozen. It will be frozen in the sense that I am unable to interact with any tabs or anything until I manually quit Firefox and reopen it (which automatically reopens all my tabs), making it usable again. This doesn't happen every time I close and reopen my Mac, but it definitely happens the majority of the time and makes the browser hard to use.

I've attached a screenshot of what a new window looks like when Firefox is frozen. It looks just like a Firefox window when unfocused.

Notes:

• It doesn't entirely freeze Firefox. In fact, I can "switch" to a different tab by clicking on the tab and then shutting and reopening my laptop again. The new tab will show on reopening but Firefox will still be frozen. This process can be repeated.
• I can pretty consistently replicate the bug by shutting my laptop, waiting 10 seconds, and reopening it. This will almost always result in the freeze.
• The bug still happens if I'm not focused on the Firefox window but on a different app.
• The bug doesn't seem to happen if I just lock my screen but don't shut it closed.

Things I've tried that haven't fixed it:

• Updating my OS.
• Restarting my laptop.
• Disabling hardware acceleration.
• Disabling themes and extensions.
• Deleting and reinstalling Firefox, including deleting the user data in the "Library/Application Support" folder.

Let me know if there's any more information I can provide or fixes I can try. Also let me know if I should go ahead and file a Firefox bug report for this. Thank you.

I am trying to organise my Firefox bookmarks into folders on my Mac Studio. However, when I try to use the highly-touted "just drag and drop advice" it does not work. It doesn't work in the drop down and it doesn't work in the bookmarks manager. Drag and drop functionality works elsewhere on my Mac just fine.

Note, if I open every single bookmark, click on the blue star, then re-assign the folder it does work. However, that it a mighty pain in the arse.

Since I know it will be asked...'yes' both Firefox and my MacOS are up-to-date. And 'no' I haven't upgraded to Tahoe.

You cant just delete all my bookmarks. Im almost in tears to have lost so much. This is beyond a joke, beyond any kind of punishment or war-crime.

How can you have the ability to delite so many bookmarks that people treasure and live with on a whim through b.s. with no apology, no meaning or reason given.

You are atrocious. This action will have caused immeasurable pain and grief to me because you suddenly decide one day you can wipe out all bookmarks on an account for no reason at all.

Shame on you, you absolutley evil harridans.

I keep getting this message when I try to sign in on Firefox. Chrome let's me sign on but i much prefer Firefox. Any suggestion? {

I just bought an HP Omnidesk M02-0085m PC running Windows 11 Home edition. For some reason Prime video works in other browsers, but in Firefox I get audio and a black screen. I am not using any ad blockers and I have tried toggling performance settings on/off. Any suggestions?
