I have an answer to a sent email to my firefox "relay" address and cannot find a way to retrieve it from that "relay" email. How do I access that generated email site?

The only reason I have been using firefox all this time because it does not use ai features and has more trustworthy policies for user data. Given the recent ceo change and his opinions about ai features if it is true and ai is added I will stop using this browser and I know a lot of people will also do it.

If I were to delete my Mozilla account, would I be automatically signed out of both my Mozilla account and my Mozilla Support account across all devices?

Also, when deleting my Mozilla account, is any and all information related to both my Mozilla account and my Mozilla Support account deleted?

Hello, I think I may have asked about this in the past but cannot recall if I received an answer. Under Settings, I get the message "Your browser is being managed by your organization." This is my home computer and is not being managed by any organization. When I click for more information, it gives me a screen with the following information:

Policy Name Certificates

Policy Value ImportEnterpriseRoots

                         true

If I could get more information on this suspected error, or how to correct it, that would be great. Thanks!

The page https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/ai-chatbot lacks the list of data shared with the chatbot AI providers. It would be nice to know how it is done, how to review the data, and how pages can provide better data.

For first time received email from breach-alerts@mozilla.com. Title is: Your monthly Mozilla Monitor report. Is this a scam? Other people have asked this question and Mozilla Firefox company has not made any attempt to answer these serious questions. If I do not hear back from Mozilla Firefox within a week I might remove Mozilla Firefox and use another company.

I have been watching YouTube for years, issue free. This week I was blocked, as my computer may be blocking ads and thus violating You Tubes policy. How can I find and disable ad block programs/ extensions, thus allowing me to get back on You tube. I can recognize an outright program, but do not knew if extensions are in play that are not obvious to me. THANKS

Hi, I want a website (Protonmail, my email client) to store persistent data. I have enabled it, but I also have all my browser security settings on Strict (also clearing browse data and cookies on each closing of the browser), so now when I have downloaded the data and I close and reopen my browser: it's all gone. I tried looking at making Protonmail an Exception, but that's only possible in relation to Tracking Protection. How to fix this?

I have a HUGE problem with Firefox memory usage. Some open instances of firefox are taking anywhere from 600mb to 2.8gb of memory. Since firefox opens MANY instances even with only ONE active window, this very quickly uses all available memory (4gb) causing a full laptop crash.

More concerning is that CLOSING the worst instance of memory usage STILL leaves the single open page/tab open, so what exactly was the memory eating instance actually doing ???

I have included a screengrab of the many remaining instances of firefox in windows task manager AFTER closing the main culprit.

I have also included a screengrab of all the adblockers I use which I believed would limit unnecessary memory usage, but does not seem to be effective.

This seems like a phishing email, is it legit? Should I find another browser?

Hello Since the last update I have not been able to sign in to Government sites using my bank as a sign in partner. I am able to sign in using Google Chrome but I prefer Firefox for my daily browser. I have cleared cache and all data and am still unable to sign in. I am using Version 137.0.1 (64-bit)

Currently I must sign on to Frontline Education to see if there are any new substitute teaching job offers available 24/7. I would like to receive audible notifications on my Macbook Pro or Apple ipad or Apple iphone to alert me to a new job offer so that I can then go to my device and look at the job offer. Thank you. Hi I am a long time user of firefox because i love its customization and tools available to help me with my work and personal life. Recently i have been ordered to remove Firefox from the company laptop as it was deemed insecure by the IT and security department. I have been told to use MS edge and Google's Chrome. Their reasoning is "An inconsistent comparator in xslt/txNodeSorter could have resulted in potentially exploitable out-of-bounds access. Only affected version 122 and later. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 136 and Firefox ESR < 128.8." I do not know what this means. Is there something i can tell my IT department to argue against the directive to only use either Edge or Chrome. Best regards, F Silva
