Dlaczego zawsze gdy chcę przetłumaczyć stronę pokazują mi się -tłumaczenie z język polski na język perski? Zawsze muszę wprowadzać, że chcę przetłumaczyć z język angielski na polski na przykład. Nie wiem jak mogę to zmienić by móc szybciej przetłumaczyć konkretną stronę? Skąd zawsze pokazuje się ten język perski. Chcę by zawsze wskazywało mi,że chcę przetłumaczyć np z język angielski na polski i nie potzebuję ustawiać, by wszystkie strony tłumaczyły się na język polski. Może ktoś wie jak usunąć tą podpowiedź tłumaczenia z język polski na język polski i ustawić inną podpowiedź? Dziękuję wraz z pozdrowieniami.

Hi. I've downloaded dictionaries and languages, the check spelling option is enabled in the browser settings. However, browser doesn't want to do it automatically. I have to manually enable it with RMB context menu (and re-select languages) for each website individually. Moreover, when the page refreshes, spell checking turning itself off again in RMB menu (but stays enabled in browser options).

  Is this really how it's supposed to work?

I waited for a long time to do an upgrade to avoid problems. Today finally I decided to upgrade to the latest version of Firefox for my iMac, 147.0.1. Before the upgrade I successfully used with zero issues gemini.google.com/app . Now the website comes up, but regardless what I enter as a question I only get an error message stating "something went wrong". The same website works with no issues (TG) with Safari.

Does anyone else experience the same? Is this a known bug with this version of Firefox? Is there a work around for it? Is the solution just using Safari?

Can I permanently turn off InformationUpdate available' which appears each time I open Firefox. I must click Dismiss to close it. The problem is that after each update, many services to which I log every day, state that I am logging from a new device and I must complete a time consuming procedure of adding a new device in many places. And I don’t need most of the updates.

Recently Mint upgraded my FF to v147 - possibly relevant, possibly not. There's no post mentioning anyone having this issue on the Mint forum though.

In my Settings, "Open previous windows and tabs" is definitely enabled, but it doesn't happen. I only get my homepage custom URLs.

I went into troubleshooting mode and FF then behaves.

So I figured the issue must be with an extension - but I disabled all my extensions, and it doesn't help. Only going full troubleshooting mode fixes it.

What do I do next please?

Through extensive troubleshooting, I am unable to get firefox to open at all.

I've done a full uninstall, cleaned all user directories, program files / x86, program data, appdata roaming and local, etc. I used the Microsoft uninstaller and even Revo Uninstaller to remove everything related to Firefox, did a restart and reinstall of the latest one and it still won't launch.

Firefox was previously working until a reboot occurred and now it won't launch.

Firefox 32 bit seems to work when installed, and running Firefox as an admin previously worked but no it no longer does.

There's no malware on this machine (business EDR on it, even disabled it as a test and it still didn't open).

I was able to launch the profile manager but now I am unable to as the processes launch in task manager and then within 5 seconds they close.

Firefox is not running in the background for any user (I'm the only one logged in after a reboot as well)

I'm unable to open in troubleshoot mode either. Tried run as and admin cmd "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -safe-mode

Ran SFC / scannow / DISM restore health commands as well and both came back fine / no integrity violations

The weather widget is set the country I am from, however I would like to actually use a different location for the weather. Is it possible to do? I tried to type in the city I want it to be set to but it only shows cities from my country.

I have been using Easy Screenshot for years. Today I tried taking a screenshot and it opened a huge copy of the rectangular image I wanted to save in a new tab. Then there was no visible way to save the image. I used to get the option to save the image file in the same tab as the image I wanted to save. Took a screenshot and saved in Paint to show the contents of the Firefox window that image is huge and should have been 4 inches wide at most. Also the lack of how to save the image.

I am not sure what to do first. I already paid for the VPN subscription. I reinstalled Mozzilla VPN but have not yet put the sudo lines in that are listed in the help on Firefox. Can you send me an email with instructions and any special sudo lines I need to intall so I do not get charged a second time. I heve the recovery code. I am new to Mint. Windows 11 started knocking out my hardware with power surges. Had to come from the operating system itself since the machine is hooked to a power backup that smoothes the current out. I searched, and all the internet results I find tell me to look in the settings:applications:mailto ddlb and select Yahoo. The problem is that it's not there.

There is a "use other" but there's no hint on how I'd tell it to open https://mail.yahoo.com.

How do I get it to open Yahoo mail?

A heart has recently been included in the Firefox icon in my taskbar. What's the reason for it and what do I have to do so that the Firefox icon no longer has it? I've run a number of antimalware programs and they came up with nothing.

how to add Yahoo search as default search engine if Yahoo is missing on Firefox Search. on Search setting i can see different engines Google, Bing, Ebay, etc. but there is no Yahoo.

Three days ago this started happening. When I mouse over the Firefox icon on my task bar, I get a long vertical list of open tabs, the majority of which are blank. When you try to click the X (that appears on the right side of the list when you mouse over a blank space) nothing happens. In the past few days it showed a random mix of blank tabs and open tabs. Yesterday it only showed the open tabs at the top with a long list of blanks below. And today it's only showing the one tab I have active (despite having up to five tabs open before I took the picture).

Before this all started happening, it used to show large tab previews (not just text) that run horizontally along the bottom of my screen when I hover my mouse over the Firefox icon on the taskbar. Now it's just a list that goes vertically with all these blank tabs.

How to return things to normal? (tab previews horizontally without blanks)

I'm running Windows 11 Home, Version 25H2, OS build 26200.7623 and Firefox: 147.0.1 (64-bit)
