Bonjour, Je ne parle pas anglais, donc cette question sera posée en français. On m'a envoyé un lien facebook par messagerie et je précise que je n'ai pas de compte Facebook. Lorsque je clique sur le lien, Firefox s'ouvre sur la page qui contient la vidéo et qui est un compte public, et quand je clique pour lire la vidéo, c'est un nouvel onglet qui s'ouvre où l'on me demande de me connecter pour voir la vidéo et je précise que c'est un compte public. Lorsque je colle le lien Facebook dans le navigateur Microsoft Edge, j'arrive sur la page qui contient la vidéo et lorsque je clique sur celle-ci, la vidéo démarre sans aucun problème. Pourquoi est-ce que cela ne fonctionne pas avec Firefox ? Ma version de Firefox est la 81.0 (64bits). Merci pour votre aide.

Over the past few days, when I enter some web addresses on my address line I am taken to websites that start with "WW#" where # is some number. The highest I have seen is WW17. These are websites that have nothing to do with my search.

I have Bitdefender and Malwarebytes installed on my computer, along with AdBlock and CookieAutoDelete and everything scans clean.

Is there some setting in Firefox that is causing this or a setting I missed?

Facebook is not working properly on Firefox - their links don't work, limited to one visible post, my own home page is blank. It all works on Safari - how do I make it work on Firefox? Using an Apple with MS Catalina (recent upgrade).

When I receive an email with an inline/embedded image, I only see the image's filename. When I insert an inline/embedded image into an email, I see the image, but once it is sent, only the image's filename is displayed within my email--the recipient is able to view the image as normal on their end. This image issue has not affected image searches or anything other than in Gmail using Firefox--I can see the images when using Google Chrome and Safari. Any advice or help is greatly appreciated!

Hi! My computer updated to the latest version of firefox and now Whatsapp Web wont open at all. When I try to load it, it simply isn't acknowledged and stays on the current page, as if I didnt take in a proper IP or something. I dont know much about computers or systems and cant figure out what to do. Help! I need to be able to open it on the computer!

How do I back up/restore my Firefox history? I save my bookmarks regularly and got your info on Firefox profiles. I did a quick scan but didn't see info on Firefox history data. Thanks.

Just recently the right click Save Image As... option has disappeared from Firefox when viewing the IMDB galleries. The option is still there with Chrome or Edge. So far this quirk has only appeared on IMDB. How do I get Save Image As... back ?

Hallo, seit Kurzem blockiert Firefox immer mehr Websites, indem sie grau unterlegt sind oder verschwommen. Dann hilft nur ausweichen auf einen anderen browser. Woran liegt das? I'm not sure what I did, but I accidentally clicked or right clicked and one website now only displays Chinese text and will always reload the page as ch. instead of www. What do I do to fix this? I deleted cache and cookies and it didn't fix it.

Hi. Since yesterday I can't log in nor read emails from my browser. When I follow the usual link for emails https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/inbox it simply doesn't allow me to open any page. I can see my emails just from the app on the mobile phone. No way to use the browser.

Any suggestion?

When I use Clickup, I keep getting the message, "Browser Doesn't Support Service Workers". Just started happening! Works fine in Google Chrome which I don't want to use.

On some websites, I am presented with a blank page, which renders instantly once I scroll.

Every droplist is much too short so it doesn't display all entries, it's on the upper side of the page and not below the droplist as expected. I've removed firefox and my profiles, all mozilla and firefox data, when i reinstall firefox it works for around 30-50 seconds as expected and after that time, when i refresh the page it looks broken again.

A few days ago my Firefox browser started crashing before it even opens. I'm not very tech-oriented. Can I just delete Firefox then re-download it? I have an older Mac that is running low on storage, so this may have been a contributing factor. I have deleted some stuff and have some storage but Firefox still crashing. I get only a box that says Firefox crashed and do I want to send a report. So I send the report and get no response. I am using Safari for today - but this is not my choice - Safari doesn't load links like it should. Never had ANY problems with Firefox before and have used it predominately for 20+ years.

I've had Facebook bookmarked on my Firefox browser for years, and have never had a problem logging onto Facebook by simply clicking on the saved bookmark...no need to enter my Facebook password. Over the last few weeks however, the first time I click on the bookmark to log onto Facebook each morning, I'm prompted to enter my Facebook password to log on, use the code generator, etc. The messaging states that my Firefox browser isn't recognized by Facebook, ever after I save the browser again, each morning, while completing the log in to Facebook. After I have successfully logged on each morning, I can access Facebook for the rest of the day by simply clicking on the saved bookmark. But I have to repeat this process each morning. I used the Microsoft Edge browser to log onto Facebook yesterday, went through the whole log in process, code generator, saved the browser, etc., and this morning was able to log onto Facebook via Microsoft Edge simply by clicking on the saved bookmark....no need to re-enter my Facebook password. Is there a way I can fix this problem in Firefox settings, so my Firefox browser will again be recognized by Facebook when I click on the saved bookmark? Thank you.

Hi, I recently was testing browsers, and I think I will stay with Firefox, but the only con I find is that when you go to a Youtube video, instead of playing it automatically, you have to click it and it's annoying. Is there any way to make the videos to auto-play? Thanks.
