Dell Printer 1355cnw

Using the 3 line Menu top right when you try to print using Dell 1355cnw unfortunately after a series of beeps it reports in the window:

No Suitable Paper 024-969 Printer load Paper then press (tick) Custom 0x0 mm

There is nothing wrong with the paper

I can print without problems to the same printer from Google Chrome. I've even installed Opera that also works perfectly without problems. Firefox is my favourite browser, don't want to desert. Could somebody please help. Many thanks Keith

OK, so I tried control+shift+B and got zero results I clicked on the bookmark menu I clicked on the top item I wanted to remove there was no "right panel" I could delete only one item, but then it populated itself at the bottom of the list After every entry of mine into the bookmark library, it multiplied. I now have over 7000 bookmarks and they crash Mozilla.

To elaborate, I want to achieve this exact gif .

Currently when I drag on a tab, it only shows the preview image. I want to to drag the tab and make it immediately turn into a new window just like shown in this gif.

This is a problem because when I want to merge a window with another window, I have to minimize the first window (because I can't see the window behind it), then drag them together. This is quite inconvenient.

Any new extension similar to the old "smartest bookmark tab" extension to replace this best site organizer tab? http://www.technogadge.com/firefox-add-on-smartest-bookmarks-bar

A downloaded file (VMware-workstation-full-16.1.0-17198959.exe), Dwnlded on 19/Mar/21, ended up with a file size of 0 KB (SEE Image $20210320-mar~1-Download_Final_File_Size=0KB.jpg).

The file size should have been 622 MB (SEE Image $20210320-mar~2-Download_Save-File_Size.jpg).

I was wondering if the file ending in ".exe.part" may have been mistakenly accepted as the real file & renamed to ".exe".

When i switch on my computer i have to make sure that i open Firefox and restore the previous session before i do anything else.

For example, if you click on a link in an email - and if Firefox is not open - then it will open Firefox and you have lost access to your previous session tabs.

Yesterday, when i switched on the computer Adobe wanted to remove a program - so i uninstalled the program and then it opened a page in Firefox so i lost 50 tabs. Sigh.

SUGGESTION As well as having the option to restore the previous session could we please have the option to restore the session before that? I think this will make a lot of people very happy.

is there any way to display the profile number directly from the browser? in other words, it can be seen at a glance which profile is being used, by means of some kind of extension.

After over 20 years I will no longer be using firefox I am sad to say It is too complicated and I am not very technical but I have a mac and with the latest upgrades have lost all of my bookmarks and quick links to sites I use everyday I will have to go to Google Chrome or safari which are less complicated Sorry to say goodbye but I have spent 2 days trying to fix it-Instructions are too complicated for me

I thought the crashes might have been due to the uBlock origin and Facebook container extensions using up too much memory. However, Firefox continued to experience crashes after I tested it in safe mode. When I open up Task Manager, Firefox seems to be using up a lot more CPU resources and memory than it did before a couple of days ago. I've since uninstalled my extensions but the problems still persist.

orange triangle,with exclamation mark!!tells me to reconnect to firefox acccount,i did that,put my password etc! yet the TRIANGLE remains!!..FIREFOX says it cares about their consumers!beginning to WONDER!!looking to drop it and go back to MICROSOFT EDGE

I always use Private Browsing Mode so.....Why do I have to ALWAYS manually clear Cached Web Content?

I have tried all >Preferences Options

I have tried >"Never Remember History" setting.. Cached Web Content does not automatically clear on Firefox Quit

I have tried> "Use custom settings for history" with all options selected.. Cached Web Content does not automatically clear on Firefox Quit

Over time Firefox gets worse and worse with various websites. I reset it and it's fine for a while, but then it gets worse again. Links won't work, things don't open, etc. when they will with Safari. I don't like Safari and I'd rather keep using Firefox, but not if it's going to do this. Any thoughts?

Hello guys crtl + enter will open all websites starting by https! afaik many many many websites don't have installed SSL. So novice users should see "Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead" for them all? I do believe Potential Risk is Firefox and its dumb developers who made this stupid change itself! Anyway to fix this? or move away to Chrome? Thanks.

warum kann ich unter Einstellungen/Startseite/benutzerdefinierte Sartseite nicht meine eigene gewählte Startseite nutzen. Der Browser geht immer grundsätzlich auf die Firefox-Startseite egal was ich eintrage.

Für ein Tipp wäre ich sehr dankbar.

On start-up Firefox restores (or opens) the last session before I closed Firefox. Or so it is configured. However, since -at least- a month Firefox seems to open the session that it opened the last time and not the session before turning the browser off. I threw out a lot of tabs and rearranged them, but on the next startup everything is exactly as it was before I changed things. This is very frustrating. Why is Firefox not opening the last session that was open (and how it is configured), but a previous one?
