I have been using [edited] @comcast.net as user name for Firefox account. I want to delete that email because I'm leaving comcast ASAP. I read instruction that say add a new email name as a secondary account and then delete the primary one above. I entered [edited[ @gmail.com. I got a message that said that account already exists. Since I didn't know that or remember any password for it, I entered [edited] @gmail.com and said "forgot password." I changed it Now Firefox won't let me in using the [edited] @gmail.com account. Would appreciate any help you can offer.

Hello, I Signed into and began using a New Firefox ACCOUNT Yesterday.Today,I found that I had forgotten that I formerly had a Mozilla account which is apparently still ACTIVE from 10/14/2021. I'm confused as to WHY it's called MOZILLA... Is it called Firefox or Mozilla for this Browser... and I don't want two Accounts... so I need to eliminate one. My iMac is Auto inserting My Password and I'm not familiar yet with whatever Browser I have, to locate a way to see the Password it signed me in on... ? the one I created yesterday... or the one that was created in 2021... So.. please tell me what the Browser is called today... Firefox or Mozilla... or Mozilla Firefox... ??? and I'll begin AGAIN... OR CAN YOU FIX THIS FOR ME WITH JUST ONE ACCOUNT, and I'll create another Password. My email has NOT CHANGED for either account... ey47ey@yahoo.com Please advise me how to establish my Account ASAP so I can continue my work. I use my local ISP for email service and tech support chk'd and there are no current issues with their email service. When Bitwarden is turned on and I open an email, none of the text in the reading panel of the email will show up. The "subject" header is readable, along with the words 'from' and 'to', but no text after them. The entire reading pane where the email text should be is blank. As soon as I turn Bitwarden off, I read read ALL the email text...??!!

Hi there! I've been having problems with youtube not working in firefox lately. It's ONLY in firefox that it does this issue in, I've tried it in other browsers. Youtube tends to just....stop buffering in firefox for some reason? My internet connection is not the issue so I'm not sure what I could do to mess with it, I've done a fresh install of firefox, I've cleared cache and cookies. I'm genuinely at a loss.

It takes FOREVER for it to actually s tart up in the video too. The video plays fine until it just...stops buffering and takes 5-10 minutes to load. As mentioned before this is only an issue in firefox.

Download Web plugin to access my Security DVR. When I type in the IP of the DVR, firefox will momentarily go to the plugin but then says it needs to be downloaded. HELP

When logging in to the online bank at DNB with Bankid, this error appears:

"A communication error has occurred. We are experiencing a communication error between your browser and the user site. The reason may be slow internet or problems with your browser. Try again in a little while. You can also try to delete cookies and browser data in your browser or try a different browser. Error code BID-5000 Reference DXP4VKOE Date 12/06/2024"

No other browsers show this error. I've tried Edge, Chrome, Vivaldi, Brave, CC Cleaner. The error starts after version 125.0.3. Today a new version 127.0 arrived. The same error appears.

I have uninstalled the latest version and reinstalled version 125.0.3. Then no error message appears. I have deleted cookies and browser data, but the error message persists. To your info, I've tried also on other PC's and the same Firefox version, and the same errormessage appear.

I look forward to you having a solution to the problem, otherwise I will have to use browsers that do not show this error. As I prefer Firefox, I don't want to use other browsers. But if the bug can't be identified and fixed in newer versions, I'm not happy with firefox and will use other browsers..

I am Yuki belong to Electronic company IT department. We have a project to implement salesforce for customer facing and target to go live by end of this July. we are facing one issue related with firefox and salesforce.

<issue detail> Our salesforce have customized serach founctions. this search function doesn't work only in firefox browser(Edge, Chorme is ok). we can send input data from salesforce to search, however search result doesn't appear.

<current situation> we were investigating this issue with salesforce. we found this article : https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/platform/lwc/guide/security-lwsec-async.html >When LWS is enabled, JavaScript async functions that are used from a static resource work in Chromium-based browsers, but don't work in Firefox currently. The issue is a bug in Firefox.

<requet to firefox team> Would you solve above bug?

I went to this site, no worries, nothing there but asks you to click...which you should not do. It says to copy the fix and paste it into the windows shell... sounds obvious, it's a scam. Except, this is a major funding company.

So the question is, is this legit from firefox? Or is that what? Go to myforwardsavings.com and you'll see what i mean. Or, see image i have included.

Hopefully someone up the chain in firefox can let me know. As i intend to report them if this is nefarious. Thank you.

www.wsj.com isn't the only website where this happens. It seems random on sites. www.youtube.com, www.wellsfargo.com. It all started after the last windows update this week. my other browsers weren't affected. Firefox is my preferred browser. Help me fix this.

It worked well yesterday and then it updated to 127.0.1 and now i can not open it. I get XUL Runner not compatible. It is on a windows 10 computer.

All my information bookmarks and passwords, but I have no way to get to them, uninstalled and reinstalled, but the new one doesn't look like the old version, and none of my information is there. I have tried copying the profile folder from and pasting it in the folder. but still nothing. I have it set as default, but the new one wants to be default, so when I go to make it my default I have 2 Firefox to choose from along with chrome, and edge.

My other problem is I have been using Firefox for probably 20 plus years, so there is a lot of saved stuff, but not sure what my previous user name and log in was. I have downloaded and older version and of course i updated also. I have a Firefox that works now, but not the one with all of my information.

Sorry if this makes no sense, no really sure how to explain it differently.

Can some one please help me figure out how to get all my bookmarks and passwords back?

So does anyone know of or can recommend a translator Addon that works like what is implemented in Chrome that can translate on-the-fly? If not exactly but can do close to what Chrome can do?

I have looked into settings but found no solution to this issue. Web search results are completely irrelevant to this issue as well. Haven't been able to find a fix for this.

I just clicked on my Firefox to open it and was met with a new update tab, and all my tabs had disappeared, which I have had happen to me in the past and ended up losing everything after closing Firefox and reopening it again.

So with that in mind I went to History and everything was greyed out, and so had no option but to close my browser, thinking that maybe that it had opened that one to tell me about the update and if I reopened it all my tabs would be there. Is there anyway I can retrieve all my tabs?.

I have used Firefox to access my Zoom accoutnfor several years. Today, the screen goes blank when I click on sign-in. This does not happen with other browsers on my PC. Help....

Just the other day I started getting these popups from "anti virus service" that keeps popping up on my screen. I do not nor never did have McAfee on my system. I did a deep search, and there is no program on my computer, nor in my startups, nor in my popups allowed relating to this. It is only a problem with Firefox. Any solutions?

Need to know why this problem of Firefox (on Linux) suddenly arose. When attempting to make audio or video calls it responds with, Does not work on Firefox browser. Yet it continues to work with about half my contacts.

I can open an email or a google search for this particular website, Sundance, click on an item which then opens on my screen but Firefox is unresponsive when I click within this item screen for details like available sizes and colors. This is the only site that this has occurred.
