Actually, given that this "feature" made it all the way through to prod, I seriously suggest you just fire absolutely everyone currently working for Mozilla and start over with entirely new people, and ideally have as one of your hiring criteria a sensible understanding that AI has no place in Firefox, or any other Mozilla project. Leaving aside the question of whether it's good or bad, it's simply irrelevant to what we're doing here.

The Mozilla VPN seems to have a hard time with the wired connection (or rather the opposite). As soon as the VPN is on, the connection stops working. The VPN do not recognize the wired connection, either.

There doesn't seem to be a mention of Ethernet connection anywhere in the FAQs.

Question: is the Mozilla VPN compatible with a wired connection?

i do the following but still get the message java scripts do not work

Mozilla Firefox 45.x and above (PC):

   Please ensure that your copy of Firefox is up to date.
   Click the Firefox drop-down menu or, if using the Menu Bar, continue to Step 2.
   Expand the Help menu and then select About Firefox within it.
   Firefox should now automatically check for updates and prompt you to restart it when finished.
   Once Firefox restarts, JavaScript should be enabled.

Was researching cookie management techniques in GROC where AI suggested I go to the DevTools feature in the Firefox browser, go to the Application tab & expand cookies in the side toolbar. However, I’m unable to find DevTools

Everytime I close firefox I lose all my tabs and history gets erased. This just started once I created an account. I tried changing the startup options, logging out and logging in, google searches, nothing works so far.
