Hiya! The email I used to make this account is my work email, since I only use this account when I'm at my job so I can have my necessary bookmarks at all times. We recently updated our emails at work to have a different address, so its now it's different. I can't change this manually, so here I am. The current email this account is listed under now will be deleted in about two years time, so I'd like to get ahead of that.

I just swapped to a new PC and logged into my Firefox account but it keeps disconnecting me and says account is disconnected and I need to re login to connect. I re login and the issue continues again and again. Any ideas?

I did go and check, I am logged in. Firefox is my primary and I use it constantly. Also on my phone and tablet, same account. As I write this, I have about 15 tabs open and active. The email associated to my account is not the same as the one I got this email at. The email I got it in, I use for solicitation, signing up for things and things I don't trust. This is what the email stated (same info as what was posted by the other person that got this same post) I copied and paste vs. Screen shot... so the Mozilla logo didn't show up. Earlier I logged in to Firefox to pose a question. Checking email, I had a notice from Mozilla that my account was used to sign in: Firefox on Windows 10 / United States (estimated) / Thursday, Oct 23, 2025.

Does Firefox think I'm using Win 10??? I checked my computer and it verifies that I am running Win 11 with all updates.

Call me confused. Or is this a non-issue? I ask because I'm trying to get into a member website and after I login, it takes me to a page that is for new signers ... not an existing member. Has happened several times.

Problem Syncing my account because of my email problems

I have a problem with my primary email. I cannot send out or receive. I'm working with my provider but no resolution as of yet. They did check my settings at the provider level but said everything looks good. I've thoroughly checked and rechecked all my email settings and am unable to see a problem. I'm thinking that since I am not signed into my browser (Mozilla Firefox) with it telling me my account is disconnected that I need to Sync my account, but I cannot do that.

So, I have been trying to Sync my Mozilla account but being I have a problem with email I am unable to receive your email code to completely sign into my Mozilla account. What I am wanting to do is to sign into my account and add a secondary email address so to receive your sign in code so that I am able to finish syncing my account.

I am lost to know what to do from here! You will be unable to reply to me using my regular primary email address because as I say, I cannot send or receive, so how can you even help me? Please help me somehow! I'm sure you have my phone number being I would think it's on my account. Can you phone me? Hopefully! Not sure whether I should put a phone number or the added secondary email address in here so you can add it for me. I can't sign into Mozilla to do anything. I went through my Google account to get this far so to hopefully send this to you. Your help would surely be appreciated! Windows 10 laptop unable to stay signed into FF

No changes been made to my Mozilla account unless Mozilla banned me for constructive criticism yesterday. Earlier today Oct 4, 24 booted up laptop no issues. 3 hours late… (மேலும் படிக்க)

No changes been made to my Mozilla account unless Mozilla banned me for constructive criticism yesterday. Earlier today Oct 4, 24 booted up laptop no issues. 3 hours later from cold start issue.

My version of FF 131.0 updated yesterday indicates I'm not signed in. Repeated sign-in attempts successful only to be disconnected seconds later. No issues logging into Mozilla Monitor to see progress and navigate around without disconnection. On Android 11 cell phone no issues, on Asus tablet Android 7.0 no issues. What am I doing wrong or missing? See attached screen shots and browser data.
