my gmail account and it's corresponding mail that I have linked to my firefox account is currently overflown with data. due to my place of residence Im locked from purchasing additional data for that account's google disk, and therefore can not receive any emails. If possible, I would like to verify my account by any other means, or use any other of my mail addresses to receive verification email to my account. To add to the context the whole problem occured after I reinstalled my OS on my PC. I synced my account, saved what data I remembered to, but forgot about my linked mail inability to, well, receive emails. Any help would be really appreciated

I have Firefox 50.1.0 on openSUSE 13.1 Linux (KDE desktop). This is the last update from openSUSE, but is now deprecated by some websites. I am reluctant to download a recent Firefox version without knowing in advance that it will work under SUSE 13.1. I am familiar with 13.1 and reluctant to update that, merely to run a new version of Firefox, as it will create complications with my multi-boot system, which includes a MSDOS 6 partition for legacy software (it took me ages to get GRUB configured to load that reliably and I'm not sure I could do it again).

Please advise what is the latest version of Firefox that will run under my elderly version of Linux and how to obtain and install it (I am not an expert Linux command line user). I am using Firefox 106.0.3 under Windows 7 to send this to you (multi-boot system), because I could not sign up with 50.1.0.

My firefox browser keeps crashing 7-10 times everyday . Sometimes it forces me to reset firefox then login back to my google accounts and extensions . It is very frustrating to login everyday specially google accounts as it requires 2-Step verification .

I feel nostalgic using firefox because I have been using firefox since my childhood started from 10 years ago when I first start browsing in the internet . I have not moved to any other browsers ever since . It might found to be a bit funny that I grew some emotions using this great browser and I believe the issue can be fixed .

If the crashing issue is not fixed then I am afraid that I may move to using other browsers and that looks a lot easier than facing the issue .

I am using firefox for windows on a 64bit windows 11 pro . System info screenshot will be added with this report . Please consider my situation in a bit serious matter and hopefully I will get your response asap .

HELP!!! Tell me how to DISABLE the back and forward arrows that now come up on the left and right sides of the Firefox panel from out of nowhere. They keep destroying my work even though I try my hardest to avoid them! They have my swearing at my computer.

I have a couple of desktop/laptop devices synced with the same account. When I make a backup/export of my bookmarks in each device (.json/.html files) the checksums of those files don't coincide between devices. Nevertheless, if I open the exported HTMLs in Firefox and save them as Text Files, the resultant files have all the same checksum (sha256sum), i.e., are all the same.

Is this how it is supposed to be? Or should my bookmarks JSON/HTML files be exactly the same in all devices and something is wrong?

HI! I am a Firefox user for many years, but I am encountering now problems I never had. First, before the opening of an address I get a message "Transferring data from assets.adobedtm.com" and it takes a while before I access the site. Problem 2: in Firefox settings I see a message: "your browser is being managed by your organization" But I do not belong to any organization!!! Furthermore I see a link to "ImportEnterpriseRoots" classified as "active" and "true". What the hell is this? I hope you can help solve those problems. In the meantime I will use Edge... Firefox 106.3

This started happening recently I believe, with Fx 106.

Usually takes just a a matter of seconds, but now almost a minute.

Anyone else seeing this?

I was trying to move it and I accidentally deleted it. I would like to reinstall it. I cannot seem to find the right phrase to find it on your sight and do a reinstall. If you would be so kind to point me in the right direction,I would be most grateful. Little updates like this is why I have remained a loyal fan since the Netscape Navigator days.

I had several windows open in Firefox. These have disappeared but I'm not sure exactly when it happened.

'Restore the previous session' does not help as it only restores a single window. I need to go back in history (I have backups so can refer to older files if needed). I have checked 'session-store.backups' and have several .jsonlz4 files, ranging from early October to late October. The older versions are much larger.

Do these files contain my older session data? If yes, how do I load them to get the relevant session windows? I am not worried about losing any data since that time.

Is there a way you can make tabs pop into a separate window when dragged out of the top bar (Chrome does this by default, it's very useful for dragging specific tabs to 2nd monitor)

How can I get certain bookmark folders from a backup json file ? I don't want to restore everything.

For example my Work bookmarks don't need to be same as home bookmarks, but I may need some of them. I can't copy paste each one manually.

I use Firefox almost exclusively. After opening a link from an email for a digital magazine download, the form necessary to complete the download does not appear in Firefox, but it will appear if I do the same in Chrome. Images attached.

Hi, when I log into my bank I give my account number and then a password. I have told firefox not to remember my password but it is remembering the bank account number which automatically pops up when I am on the banks log in page. How do I stop this? Also when I signed up for this firefox help it asked for an email address and all my email addresses poped up for me to chose from. I didn't like this either. Appreciate any help. If these features can't be turned off whats the last version I can use that won't do this? cheers Neil

I use pihole on my home network but firefox doesn't seem to care. i disabled DNS over HTTPS but still it seems it ignores my dns server

is there someone who can answer a simple question that I know other people are having? Why is it impossible to print an article from the internet? When I hit print, "print preview" comes on and the little spinning doohickie just goes round and round. Is there no one who can tell us how to stop this and print a simple article? It's like Biden, it just spins and spins and does nothing.
