Hi everyone,

I’m facing a strange issue with Firefox and need some help.

When I try to use Firefox normally, it sometimes opens but doesn’t load pages properly or gets stuck on a blank screen. I’ve already checked my internet connection and it’s working fine in other browsers.

I also tried restarting Flixfox and clearing cache, but the issue still comes back randomly.

Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what could be causing this? Any guidance would be really appreciated.

I get the following error message when trying to access Microsoft Outlook.

Something went wrong server Error(/): GetSections returned no conversation history

I've already 1) restarted the computer, 2) cleared my cookies and cache, 3) re-started firefox in troubleshoot mode, 4) reinstalled firefox... none of those fixed the problem.

Whilst using default firefox browser on my mobile, I am now being constantly referred to the 'about blank' URL page and effectively unable to access browser pages - Eg; social media Facebook etc, or age confirmation..

I changed my browser to the latest version of Firefox, but then I lost all streaming websites (youtube, Netflix), and password autofill. Luckily I had 2 firefox browsers so on the other one I did reset and can steam again there, but I lost several shortcuts and other extensions such as autotranslate. It's just gone. Colors and pictures are on both. And I can't change back the browser that has the newest version. So now I'm stuck switching between browsers depending on what I want to do. Wish I had never changed that browser. Has ruined my computer. I've spent days trying to fix and change things.

Firefox 152.0.4 64bit Windows 10.

This website still loads, but the live radar stopped working this morning, don't recall any updates coming in to cause any changes, what gives?...
