Beforehand, I must say that I am a big fan of Firefox, I've been an user since the beginning. However, sadly I am switching to Safari due to the fact that I work with file transfers through Wetransfer platform and fro some unknown reason I get incomplete downloads from Firefox. I tried all the steps and procedures to refresh, uninstall, reinstall, troubleshoot mode and even switching accounts. Furthermore, nothing worked. I hope you guys can fix this issue and have me back. Hello, I’m experiencing an issue where my website https://smartstartkids.com.ua doesn’t load at all in Firefox. When I try to open it, nothing happens or I get a message like “The connection was reset” or “Network error”.

The strange thing is that it works perfectly in Chrome and Microsoft Edge on the same devices and network.

Here’s what I’ve already tried: • Cleared Firefox cache and cookies • Created a new Firefox profile using firefox.exe -P • Disabled and fully uninstalled ESET antivirus • Turned off Windows Firewall • Reset DNS and Winsock via Command Prompt (ipconfig /flushdns, netsh winsock reset) • Checked proxy settings (set to “No proxy”) • Tried with HTTP3 disabled (network.http.http3.enabled = false) • Tried from two different PCs and networks — same result • The certificate shown is from “Sectigo”, not ESET, so it seems to be correct now

Still, Firefox is the only browser where this specific site doesn’t load. I’d appreciate any ideas or help!

I use Zen Browser and I feel very satisfied with its features and stability, although there are still shortcomings, but nothing compared to all the advantages. Here I want to ask about how to open zen browser with the same account but both on different laptops and display all both workspace and container tabs with the same settings? if not, then tell me to import from laptop 1 to laptop 2 for zen browser data?

Apparently Firefox updated overnight and now my New Tab Page, which had a ton of tiles on it that I'd pinned over the years is now completely blank, no tiles, no nothing (except the Firefox logo). If there were at least some blank tiles, I'd have something to work with, but when I say blank, that's exactly what I mean.

Is there any way to get back the tiles I had? Because none of the pages I've opened or searched so far has created a tile on the page.

The website used to load but it no longer allows me to sign in. I had this problem before and never knew how to fix it but it would eventually work again... How do I solve this?

(April 2025) So suddenly, after my most recent FF update, if I have a document open in FF and hit "print" and choose "use system dialog box" (or whatever the exact wording is), Firefox Print opens up instead of my usual system dialog box. Why is this happening, and is there a setting I can change to DEFAULT to the regular SYSTEM PRINT dialog box instead.

I do not like FF Print. It prints one page at a time w/ like a minute pause between pages in a multi page document. And when I need more settings, it opens up the HP dialog box anyway, so wtf is the point? I just want my system dialog box back where all my print settings are in one place.

Synced my new computer, received bookmark toolbar and 10 year old bookmarks from when i switched from interent explorer, but all my more recent bookmarks and bookmark folders are still missing on the new computer. Also didn't seem to transfer passwords and autofill info.

I tried to do the fix using userChrome.css but it just didn't work. Am I doing something wrong?

Also the fullscreen animation fix using the about:config settings doesn't work either.

I am receiving pop-ups from what appears to be Mozilla Firefox saying: System is infected! Viruses detected, Turn on protection and delete viruses. The virus identified is ZEUS.2020 Trojan. Click here to scan and clean via: d3av3500fes73a78mk0.mosgdefender.com This link doesn't work. So, how can I get this issue resolved? Any help would be appreciated. These pop up happen frequently one after the other. I appreciate any help solving this issue. Thank you, Tricia Hawkins
