I have contacted Microsoft. After testing the link/page loads in Edge, Chome (with and without addins same in ff) and Brave. But does not load in FF (with addon's disabled) nor in Private browsing FF (no addins obviously) they said to reach out to FireFox for support. I tried in edge (regular, not private) and it plays the stupid slideshow with music just fine, and I can get out of it and view the regular memory page that I want (Music really!? What if you’re viewing while someone around you is asleep? Or otp in public??? I moved to the Firefox flatpack after the Debian version couldn't display the code inspector/ web developer tools anymore (it was blank amid other likely javascript-based rendering errors). I only include this context in case some one else has the issue and searches for it.

I want to sync all my tabs from the Debian version to the flatpack version and similar to this solved issue I cannot access those tabs from the firefox view. However I am also unable to access these tabs from the sidebar. I am only able to access these tabs from the account menu but this would have me open each tab individually which is not feasible for me.

Is there a way to fix the "Check your internet connection If you’re using a firewall or proxy, check that Firefox has permission to access the web." error that comes up in both the Tabs from other devices sidebar and Firefox View menu?

I am unable to sign into the iCloud web page on Firefox. I can sign in on Microsoft Edge, or on the Safari browser on my phone, so this is clearly a Firefox specific problem. When I try to sign in, the page skips the option that verifies my identity and goes straight to a message saying "Failed to verify your identity, Try again" without allowing the verification to occur. The verification would occur if the page would allow it to, as it does in the other browsers I mentioned. This was working fine last time I logged in a few days ago, so this is a new problem. I could switch over to Edge, but would prefer to use Firefox, if I can. Please help me. Thank you.

when I go to icloud.com to view and download photos and all my icloud stuff on my phone, I can no longer sign in using firefox. I turned off the shield security but no help. There used to be a pop-up that let you enter the code apple emailed you so you could access your icloud stuff on the web. Now there is no place to enter the code they send you. I enabled pop-ups too, but that didn't work. Help! I need my photos! And I use that site pretty much constantly-

How do I remove a shortcut from the Firefox address bar? I understand that I can "uncheck search, address bar, and shortcuts" in Firefox settings, but I think this just hides them, so I wanted to solve the problem fundamentally and asked for advice. Please tell me how to completely remove shortcut URLs from the address bar.

I'm conducting research on the web but nothing is being recorded in my search history which is really annoying as I need to refer back to it at times. I can find it under recently closed tabs. Please can you advise what is going on?

Since upgrading to Windows 10, I can only access my Yahoo email using Microsoft Edge. When I try to access in Firefox or Google Chrome, my access is denied. I've tried clearing cookies, browser history, rebooting my router, etc. Any ideas I can try?

I recently installed Win 11 on a new Acer Aspire (with MSI MAG244F monitor) but the issue seems to be present on my Acer Nitro 5 with built-in monitor as well.

I don't think it's an Acer issue but I am only running Win 11 on the two Acer machines. If I open a web page with colored graphics or pictures and then drop down a menu of the browser (bookmarks, etc.) the colors of the graphics bleed through. It's annoying and somewhat obstructive. It does not occur if a window from a different app is opened on top of the browser window no matter how bright the colors are.

I attached a few edited screenshots to show the issue. The edits are only to cover personal information etc.

The issue seems to be color saturation and does not occur on my other Win 10 machines or in other browsers. Not even the same version Firefox on the Win 10 machines.

Is there a way to increase the opacity of the drop downs or lower the color saturation in the Firefox browser?

Hello For some reason most of the buttons in my toolbar have stopped working. When I first open Firefox they all work, then when I enter websites they stop working. The 'home' button still seems to work, but almost all others (such as the 'back' button etc) can't be selected. This is very frustrating. To note, I am not tech savvy at all.

Using Firefox--When I try to access the daily set of images that comes in an email representing memories for this day which is pulled from my Onedrive Photos, all I get is a dark blank screen with a subtle pulsing wave as if it is searching.

I get the same thing when I go directly to my OneDrive Photos and try to pull up the daily photos there.

However, changing browsers and using Google Chrome--I can view the images in the memory email as well as those on my OneDrive directly

What does Chrome do that Firefox is not?

I recently had another browser related issue on a different problem trying to register online with Directv which would not complete with Firefox but when I used Google Chrome instead of Firefox, it worked.

This made me wonder if the above OneDrive image problem might be browser issue. Sure enough, it was.

I really prefer Firefox and I do not want to have to go to Chrome.

I just discovered that Pocket is gone, and I got no notice that it was going away. I've searched the articles on how to export the contents, but they just send me into a circle of links with no useful instructions. Since the Pocket icon is no longer there, I have no way to get into it. I really need to recover those sites because I saved them for a reason but don't remember their URL's.

Mozilla sidebar has been replaced by "Choose an AI chatbot to use in the Firefox sidebar." How do I undo this and return to Mozilla standard Firefox sidebar. Not at all what I want to do. Help

Every couple of minutes Firefox just freezes. YouTube buffers, all open tabs just stop working. I can open new tabs but i cannot search up anything or go into any websites. Is there any fix for this?

Very often while navigating around the website of a tool I use, I get an intrusive pop-up in the lower right corner. A screen shot is attached.

I first approached the website owner, but they explained it's a browser issue, no a website issue. They did, though, suggest that clearing cookies and cached might help ... But it didn't.

Is there any way to suppress that?

I find it a bit concerning that when receiving an email from Firefox about a new sign-in, Win 10 is given instead of Win 11. They should be able to tell which version I am running. Maybe this is Relay for Windows versions LOL.

Facebook simply isn't loading in Firefox anymore - it loads in Edge on my PC just fine and on my Mobile Android Browser .

I've tried disabling all extensions, and clearing cache and cookies, but Facebook still refuses to load and returns the message, attached.

Since updating to firefox 142, ive noticed that if i move a firefox tab from my main monitor to my second monitor, it leaves a gap now where it used to be and doesnt shrink the other tabs back down like before

Its a bit difficult to explain so iv added a screenshot, the red arrow is where theres now an empty gap. I moved some tabs over to the other monitor and thats the gap it leaves
