Bing attaches itself when I click on my Firefox icon. I do not want to use Bing at all.

The first attached images is a screenshot of a current display. the other two images are screenshots of troubleshooting steps that appear to relate, but I'm not sure which might apply. When I try Step 1 "Force Enable System Widgets", I have found the setting to be "false"...which I set to True...but that doesn't fix the problem.
