I am so frustrated with trying to find out how to clear cookies and cache. I googled it and it has a simple step by step process, or so it seemed. When I went to website, looking for the 3 vertical lines, there were none. I have looked and looked. Can someone call me to walk me through this process? thanks

I want to restrict access to several websites on a Linux Mint laptop. Downloaded "Block Site" add-on, works perfect!

But it's quite easy to go to add-on tab and disable it, how do I prevent this?

Hello I recently added a Uniswap browser extension to my desktop from your extensions tab. It is a bad program and it has stolen my seed phrase and subsequently all of the crypto from my metamask wallet. How is this allowed to happen?

I have "Don't enable HTTPS-Only Mode" selected and still cannot connect to local sites. Example http://192.168.1.81 is chnaged to https://192.168.1.81 and rrecive cannot connect message.

This problem started after you last week after an update.

I'd like to name my windows without including the name of any tab in that window. Window Titler extension does not allow users to exclude the title. This should be a native feature to Firefox and work as cleanly as Chrome's naming feature. Is there a way to perform this action?

Hello The cookie acceptance buttons are not active and therefore the videos on the "Le Monde" site via Firefox are not accessible (cf picture). I have managed the "Le Monde.fr" site in the exceptions but in this case it is a question of authorizing the category "third-party content" and I do not know them individually. How do I do it? I have an overactive spam folder. I have added numerous websites/emails to my contact list several times and these senders are still sent to the spam folder. I have to check spam and inbox folders for my legit emails. I have used FF for years and not had this problem! It is making me want to change my settings and forget FireFox!

I had a problem some months ago and my filters were compromised, so I was put on hundreds of mailing lists from commercial sites all over the world. I still get a new one once in a while, but there's one persistent one that doesn't have an 'unsubscribe' option and--despite repeatedly marking it as 'Spam' and trying to block it via a filter STILL keeps getting thru, generally an email or two about their products per day. Is there any way to report these people as a nuisance or block them totally? The problem isn't earth-ending but it is Vexing. Thanks.

Good afternoon, I have recently swapped back to Firefox and would like to install the Online Insights Study extension but it is getting blocked for "stability or security problems." This is a Google product, so I was wanting to reach out to see if I could get a further explanation as to why this might be getting blocked, or as to why I cannot allow it to be used on Firefox, but can on Chrome?

In order to digitally sign legal documents on a governative web portal, I've been obligated to install and use this Spanish governative tool on my win pc: https://autofirma.net/ My concern is about the fact that the Autofirma tool uses its own dialog to acquire Firefox Primary Password. So my question addressed to Firefox developers: since Autofirma acquire the Primary Password, can it also access my stored passwords? Or the use of Primary Password by Autofirma is limited to invoke Firefox?

I have blocked all websites from accessing my geolocation by default in the privacy settings and there are no exceptions on the list.

And yet,

1) many websites I visit seem to have my geolocation, even though I have never shared any information with them

2) the last two suggestions on the first page when I search for anything are always linked to my location

How is this possible? How do I fix it?

I could really use some help with with setting up integrated, connected, and secure products across all devices and all accounts. I've somehow got various products and applications blocking and preventing other applications from working. I am not really sure what's going on as I am newer to these types of services. Any help is greatly appreciated, so thank you in advance.

I keep experiencing this problem with different websites: Safari works, Firefox doesn't.

Sample: I turned out the enhanced tracking protection, Privacy is set to Standard for

I entered valid license numbers (230880, 239798). Firefox displays NOTHING, no error message. Safari displays the relevant info.

Why is this and what should I do if I want to continue using Firefox? Thanks.

updating my profile i found option of 2nd factor notification that I use always when offered. it asked me to make up my own unique code that no one else would have so i made up a string of letters-numbers but nothing happened, tried only my favorite numbers - zip. then couple favorite words - zip. so started to close computer and noticed a lot of emails from Mozilla each with typical 6-digit confirmation code number - so i am not supposed to invent my own private code? all of the numbers emailed to me have long since expired. Please don't kill my accounts! I use a lot of Moz apps - but must use hateful Outfock b/c university no longer supports T'bird.

After last update Firefox will not open my Weebly website editor.

It keeps telling me that Firefox will not allow the page to be displayed if another site has embedded it. It advises me to open the link in a new window.

This does not work - I get the same error message. I need to be able to edit my website! Can anyone help, please?

I have micro trend security and they have a program called Pay Guard that i have always used. This program worked on Nov 9 but stopped working on Nov 10. There was a Firefox update in that time frame. I took the computer to geek squad and they have said that the program is now not compatible between Mozilla and Firefox. I have always used this and hope that the problem can be resolved. I wanted to let you know of this problem. Please fix it. Thank you Cindy
