Need to know why this problem of Firefox (on Linux) suddenly arose. When attempting to make audio or video calls it responds with, Does not work on Firefox browser. Yet it continues to work with about half my contacts.

Why can´t my email within Outlook not be shown. "error" Your email cant be shown at the moment. Try again lather or check your Internet connection.

In other browsers an android phone there is no problems. P.s. I have just updated Firefox. to version 127 for Linux Kind regards Bent

All of a sudden my web address bar at the top of the screen disappears when I open a web address and I have to push my mouse to the top of the screen to make it appear? Didn't used to do this.

Firefox is my default browser...but when i open it.. MSN Browser opens first and i have to 'click' the+ add button to go straight to firefox...why is that happening? I have checked how to stop MSN browser loading from youtube video...adjusting the reg-edit process..rebooted and redone a few times....but still when i click on my firefox app...this is what happens every time?

i keep getting sent to .ca sites instead of the .com that i had typed in and wanted to go to ie: yahoo.com discovery.com

There was no yahoo.ca or hotmail.ca when i got my email accounts and i only deal with originating networks Discovery.com not ripoffs like ctv.ca/discovery.

I lost my Outlook365 with the latest Windows 10 update. When I reinstalled I went through the preferences to select Firefox as my default browser. I have been using this for years and every time I picked a link in an Email it would open a new tab in my existing browser.

Now, regardless of anything I try it continues to open an new Firefox browser, with pages included since this started on the weekend.

What settings am I needing to make to correct this. I have gone through the config settings and selected 0 in the browser.link.open_newwindow.restriction with no success.

I can open an email or a google search for this particular website, Sundance, click on an item which then opens on my screen but Firefox is unresponsive when I click within this item screen for details like available sizes and colors. This is the only site that this has occurred.

I have looked into settings but found no solution to this issue. Web search results are completely irrelevant to this issue as well. Haven't been able to find a fix for this.

After Firefox updated to v127 YouTube videos stopped working for me. They work fine on Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. Considering this only started happening with the latest update and the fact that YouTube videos work fine on other browsers the problem I feel has to be somewhere in Firefox. When I try to play a video I get the white circle going around in the center of the screen and the video does not play.

I use my local ISP for email service and tech support chk'd and there are no current issues with their email service. When Bitwarden is turned on and I open an email, none of the text in the reading panel of the email will show up. The "subject" header is readable, along with the words 'from' and 'to', but no text after them. The entire reading pane where the email text should be is blank. As soon as I turn Bitwarden off, I read read ALL the email text...??!!

So I just downloaded Firefox update and it wiped out all my open tabs ... very very inconvenient for me! Been using firefox for a long time and that never happened before. Some warning would have been nice.

I went to the trouble shooting site after asking my question about Thunderbird. It was suggested that running two firefox clean ups was a good idea. Now my ribbon thread is not present. I have to jump through hoops to find bookmarks, etc. This makes all navigation difficult. Is there a way to get the old data on the page in the old form? The data folder is on my desk top. I feel stupid because the trouble shooting site said all would be saved. How and where?

It worked well yesterday and then it updated to 127.0.1 and now i can not open it. I get XUL Runner not compatible. It is on a windows 10 computer.

All my information bookmarks and passwords, but I have no way to get to them, uninstalled and reinstalled, but the new one doesn't look like the old version, and none of my information is there. I have tried copying the profile folder from and pasting it in the folder. but still nothing. I have it set as default, but the new one wants to be default, so when I go to make it my default I have 2 Firefox to choose from along with chrome, and edge.

My other problem is I have been using Firefox for probably 20 plus years, so there is a lot of saved stuff, but not sure what my previous user name and log in was. I have downloaded and older version and of course i updated also. I have a Firefox that works now, but not the one with all of my information.

Sorry if this makes no sense, no really sure how to explain it differently.

Can some one please help me figure out how to get all my bookmarks and passwords back?

Downloading MP3 files or Epub books using the Overdrive libraries' website API no longer works since the Firefox 115.120esr update.

For audiobooks, it appears to work normally at first, downloading an ODM file which can be opened to display a list of all the part files waiting to be downloaded. Taking the [Open] option within the Overdrive Media Console, the process fails, with this message: "A connection to the Internet could not be established. Please check your Internet connection; you must be connected to the Internet to proceed with this download."

For Epub books, it appears to work normally at first, downloading an acsm file, but then, when the open option on the file is selected the Adobe Digital Editions app, presents this message: "Connection Error Detected—Digital Editions could not connect to the fulfillment server. Please make sure you are connected to the internet."

So it seems that not too much was broken. Have I provided enough information for you to know what's broken & how to fix it?
