My "Email Link" suddenly quit working about a week ago. I use this every day and often. I have made no changes nor am aware of any other. Online I see many people have this problem and in different browsers. Suggestions I see are irrelevant or beyond my understanding even though I am an experienced user, but no pocket protectors. Also since I got Windows 11/new computer over a month ago, some pages take forever to load. I see all kinds of computer handshakes, looking up, google this-that and so on in the bottom left corner above the Windows icon. Have never seen that stuff before. Is this a clue re: my "Email Link" problem?

Help would be much appreciated.

For a few weeks now, the bluetooth sound drops out or will not connect, the screen freezes and says Firefox is not responding, the screen buffers for a while. V annoying and only when connecting bluetooth sound. Have tried with two different brand speakers, same thing happens. The bluetooth keyboard does not drop out at all, ever. Video's from https://abc7.com do not play. It's the only site this happens to. I don't know how to fix it. Win11. PC.

I was prompted to do an update today and it erased all my bookmarks. I have a saved bookmark file that is a JSON file type but it won't let me import that b/c it's not HTML. I have a lot of saved bookmarks for work and really need to get them back.

I recently had to reinstall Firefox. I made sure that settings etc were backed up in my Mozilla account, but I didn't realise that my custom search engines had not been backed up. I have about 20 of these custom search engines for work, so it was a pain to re-apply all of these. It's done now, but I'd like to know if there is a way to back these up for a quick restore on a reinstall?

There is no 'Search Engines' option in my Sync settings.

Hi there. The Netflix homepage is no longer displayed properly. Only the headlines are visible without the thumbnails (see screenshot 1). Netflix is properly displayed in screenshot 2 which was taken in an other browser. Can somebody please help me to solve this problem. Many thanks.

Greetings ! For the last two days I have not been able to access Facebook or Amazon websites. When I use a shortcut or try to type in the URL, the display says something like using Google or such when I have my default set to Firefox ( And I confimed that it is set as such). I can click on a tab or reach anything else ok. Also, those two are accessible through Chrome or Edge ok on here and also on my phone and tablet.I have cleared cache and such multiple time and removed extensions. It is just those two sites on this device on Firefox. I think there was an update recently too.. Thanks for an assistance anyone can give. Cherry

Is there an application to get rid of 'Old Firefox Data' folder? I tried to remove it once on another machine and i lost all internet connection (needed a full Windows restore) so very nervous about this.

Recently i have a issue on firefox that it has been crashing without any warning or signs and these crashes are absolutely random no pattern upto my pov. IDK whats the issue

Firefox is no longer working on my new Surface Pro. I have uninstalled and re-installed several times and even the downloader throws this error once it finishes. I simply can no longer use the browser. This is a huge inconvenience since I saved so many links for my work. Please help.

My understanding for profile feature was that bookmarks, user preferences were seperated. However my Pinned websites on my work profile in my work computer is synced to my personal profile at personal computer.

Is there a way to avoid this or is this unavoidable when using the sync function.

I recently installed v. 146 for both FireFox and Thunderbird on my laptop which is running Windows 11 Pro (Version 25H2 / Build 26200.7462). Since the upgrade to v. 146 I have been unable to use my older HP printer (Laserjet 2300d) on both products. When I try to print a browser page or e-mail using either the printer icon or the "File/Print" menu selection, the print dialog comes up like normal. However, when I click on the "Print" button, my screen flashes, the dialog box disappears, there is no indication from the printer that a file has been sent and no document is found in the print queue.

My newer HP printer/scanner (Officejet Pro 8130)works fine, as does printing to my older printer from MS Edge. So, the issue is with the Mozilla products. Using "Troubleshooting Information" and clearing the Printer cache has not resolved the issue for either FireFox or Thunderbird. Nothing else like this shows up in the knowledge base.

Do I have to retire my older, but dependable and inexpensive to use, laser printer in order to continue using FireFox/Thunderbird or is there a software solution?

I recently downloaded Firefox and made two profiles on it from the hamburger button in the top right. I make one called "Work Profile" and another called "Personal Profile". I was trying to pin each one to the task bar separately because I would use youtube to watch videos/listen to music on one window and do my work in another. I have enabled the group profiles on taskbar so they dont show up together under the same icon and added { -no-remote -P "Profile Name"} to each shortcut in its properties>target on windows explorer.

It just keeps bringing up the choose user profile window but it doesn't even have the two profiles listed that I want.

When I open default then all my profiles are gone in the top right profiles window but if I choose default-release my profiles are there to select again. I am pretty sure firefox just has two things it calls profiles, one is for multiple installs and the other in in each install and I don't know how to fix it now as all my settings/passwords/add-ons are setup and I would like to not have to do it again.
