i Still have the eMail Address associated with my Weave Account, and i Registered with Weave in 2012.

Now, FF Sync says that i Do Not Exist.

All i get is this error "Unknown account. Sign up" at about:accounts?action=signin&entrypoint=preferences

¿ Where did my Weave Account and Data please.  ?

does not give option to sync, register, or login

I'm trying to sync my firefox, but when I go to my preference page, nothing is listed and it doesn't give me the the option to add a device, register, or anything. It's l… (மேலும் படிக்க)

I'm trying to sync my firefox, but when I go to my preference page, nothing is listed and it doesn't give me the the option to add a device, register, or anything. It's literally a blank window. I can't find where to register on mozilla and when I go to sign in, it says incorrect username/password. I asked to send the password, but the emails never showed up. This is extremely annoying and frustrating and your support site is just sending me in circles.

Menu does not show "sign in to syc"

The Firefox menu does not have "sign in to sync" so I cannot link Firefox bookmarks etc to my new tablet.

Existing account with working sync; password lost

I have a working Firefox sync account, running on two computers already. I tried to log in on a new computer, and received a "Password Incorrect" error. I think this is r… (மேலும் படிக்க)

I have a working Firefox sync account, running on two computers already. I tried to log in on a new computer, and received a "Password Incorrect" error. I think this is related to the change to Sync in Sep 2015.

My account was created in 2012, and the password is stored in a password manager, so I know it is not lost and not incorrect. The password was last changed in Aug 2012.

I tried following the instructions here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/sync-your-firefox-bookmarks-history-passwords-and- but there is already a Sync account with my email address, so it doesn't work.

How do I create a new Firefox account with the existing email address, without losing the existing information? Is it best to delete the account with a connected computer, then create a new account and synchronise again?
