I say crashing - it will not open. The closest I get is that it will say 'running troubleshooter mode', and then immediately close again before I can even see the actual browser. This issue does not occur with Chrome or DuckDuckGo, so it is not an issue with a Microsoft Family account. This issue is not related to missing or corrupted redist files, as I have installed all of the latest files there. I would like to switch to Firefox, as I use it on my phone.

Can't verify that I am a human on on cloudfare captchas.

Whenever there is a cloudfare captcha when i try to complete it it always shows an error message or an infinite loop.

I have been watching SBS OnDemand successfully until today. I now receive a consistent Video Playback error on any video using Firefox Ver 124.0.1.  I do not have an Adblocker installed. (Windows 11 Pro 23H2).  I do have AVG Internet Security installed.  I installed no apps. I turned off Enhanced Protection for sbs.com.au in Firefox but the problem persists. The problem does not occur on Chrome.

I posted my issue on the french speaking forum a few days ago https://forums.mozfr.org/viewtopic.php?t=153652&sid=96223ded5b326b4da4114d4c0fb4b740 I think I've had this bug since the last update of Firefox. I have checked on other browsers (Edge and Opera), and I have no problem with them. Its also ok on my mobile phone ... with Firefox !

I installed Firefox on a new computer running Windows 11. I use the X-notifier plug-in to access my Gmail account but can't get X-notifer to run properly on this new install. I was getting an error message, but now it says "Can always read and change data on this site" yet the envelope icon does not appear in my tool bar like it does on my old computer.

As an alternative, I signed into my Gmail account so I can read my email on a browser page. While that works, it works too well -- as soon as a new email arrives, the browser tab running Gmail pops to the top and interrupts anything that I am doing -- even when I am typing a new email or filling out a form on another tab.

The only way I can deal with this is 1) sign out of Gmail until I want to check it, or 2) pull the Gmail tab to a separate window and minimize it so it can't interfere with what I am doing.

I'd like to know if there is a fix for the X-notifier plug-in or a way to stop the Gmail tab from "taking over" the browser.

I chose to reinstall Firefox browser in order to start over fresh and ensure a security refresh. Once installed, I created an entirely new Mozilla account with new info. However, when I go up to the top right of the browser and click on the little icon of the circle with a bust in it (the Account icon), it simply opens the preferences and related settings, it does not allow me to sign in to any account, nor does it show if I am already signed into any account. Is this a malfunction of the iteration I installed, or am I misunderstanding something?

I have noticed a bug with how the Firefox icon appears when launched in the Windows 11 taskbar when the never group option is enabled. When Firefox is launched and is the only application open in the taskbar, there is no label present next to the icon like other programs have when launched. There is the little line underneath the icon though indicating it is launched but that is it. As soon as I open another application though, the label will also appear for Firefox. This is only a minor annoyance but is definitely as bug at least for me and should be pretty easy to fix. I will attach screenshots of the behavior. In the first screenshot, you can see that Firefox is open but has no Text label like it is supposed to. The second screenshot is as soon as I open a second application.

I am on Windows 11 Home 23H2 Build 22631.2792 Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22681.1000.0 Firefox Version: 120.0.1

A few weeks ago I saw an Mozilla ad for a new Mozilla software product that cleaned up your PC and made it run better. The price was around $125.00 (I don't remember that exact price). It said that I would receive an email from Mozilla with download instructions. it's been a few weeks and I have not gotten any email. Does anyone know if Mozilla offers any such software or did I get scammed? I'm pretty good about seeing scams but Ive used Firefox and Mozilla for years and trust them. Maybe that's why I wasn't as careful as I should have been.

Your documentation suggested clicking a button on the far right, but it's non-existent. You also suggested to scroll down to highlight/select the URL and SHIFT+DEL, but that does nothing. I've been trying to get rid of this obsolete website link for over a year and it's an absolute mystery where the link is coming from and bugs me.

Is this refusal to support on the subject website a known problem? I have searched the Firefox Help without results. Is this even considered a problem?
