I've been trying to sign in to my Firefox account so I can sync my data since last night. I reinstalled windows as I got a new platform yesterday and didn't want any driver issues. I instead was met with issues getting my primary browser to work after installing it.

I entered 2 different passwords once each and since they didn't work I clicked forgot password. Once I wrote my email in and clicked continue however despite it being the first time I clicked the button I was met with "You've tried too many times. Try again in 29 minutes". It game me that every time I waited out the time and tried again for 3 hours yesterday and it's still giving me that error today after another hour and a half on both my phone and my pc.

Hello. I am recovering data and files from an old Windows XP machine and have installed Firefox ESR browser. I can go online without problems but when trying to log into my account for Firefox Sync I get the error message " Blocked by Content Security Policy This page has a content security policy that prevents it from being loaded in this way". I can log in to accounts.firefox.com on Edge no problem, which is how I am posting this.

I've tried reinstalling firefox, refreshing firefox, running firefox in safe/troubleshooting mode, but no luck.

Reinstalled Windows, logged into Firefox, my profile is empty.

I logged into my profile, it said it's synced but none of my extensions were installed, there's no passwords saved. It's like it's brand new.

Hi, some years ago sending tabs to a device worked fine, but for some time now it stopped working. Is it just me or is it a general bug? All my devices are listed in my account. It also shows that they are updated frequently. I tried sending from Windows-Firefox to Android-Firefox and back. Nothing worked. What can I do? Best regards, Eric

Running Firefox 122.0 on Mac OS Ventura. When I save some articles via the toolbar icon, ithey show up in my online Pocket account, but only as links, not full downloads. Same for some saves via my iOS app. Consequently I'm unable to read this content offline. Attached screenshot shows the difference. Any suggestions?

I am a web dev, and need FF help on this. All of my sync data is gone, I sign out and back in twice, I checked the profiles there's only one, all of my bookmarks, plugins & extensions everything is gone. Please I need those bookmarks some of them were very important to me I can't lose those.

Back-story: I recently want to try two distro that I had been on my list from quite a while now, VanillaOS & BlendOS, I worked on those for 3 or 4 days, before switching back to Arch, on both of them everything was working fine, I had all of my data. On Arch I had to reset my password because I forgot. Then the issue started, at first I thought maybe my internet was slow or something but now on the 2nd my data is still not synced.

I even signed out and back in, I checked the profiles(screenshot below). What should I do?

Stopping profiles from syncing

I thought that if I sync'd firefox on my computer with my new Samsung Tab A7 lite that everything from firefox on the computer including tabs, passwords etc would appear on both the computer and the tablet. Instead, it appears that I deleted everything from the computer, or perhaps moved everything from the computer to the tablet. I'm not sure. How can I tell if everything is on the tablet? Is it possible to move everything back from the tablet to the computer? If so, how? I'm not very computer literate. Guess that's obvious. I'm also older, 77, and visually challenged, so please be patient with me.
