Hi I have been using firefox on linux for a while without updating it. We are artsellers and I used to be able to log in and out of an artplatform without any problems. It's now been a few weeks since logging out is not possible any more on this platform which means that I am constantly logged in which I really do not want. The menu does not work anymore on this side whereas it works with other browers. I already contacted the platform. They cannot do anything about it themselves and asked me to contact your team. If I delete my history of the websites I go on is there a way to either restore it or store it some place else in case I want to see it at a future time? Can I also do it If I delete my emails and I would like to see certain emails, again in the future? I use mostly Yahoo and Gmail? I'm using Windows 10.

Hi all, I am currently getting a warning message as shown, this website is one only accessible from the local network here and so this error message can be ignored. However i was wondering if there is a way for me to disable the warning message as if clicked on will take us out of this window and we want to stay in this window.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello support staff. Here are the specifics ...

1. I installed undelete software from easeus.com 2. Uninstalled the above software 3. In Win10 Task manager under the Performance--Resource Monitor--Network option, saw firefox had a session opened with easeus.com

4. Windows defender shows nothing abnormal. 5. Removed all entries for easeus in registry. 6. Unistalled firefox and reinstalled it. 7. Start firefox and go to some site. 8. Firefox again has a open session with easeus.com in the Task manager.

9. Installed Chrome. No such session with easeus.com on Chrome under Task manager.

10. Issue at 3. pops up whenever I start firefox AND start browsing a site.

I have been dealing with https://www.mynylottery.org/portal/ for weeks trying to get their software to recognize my location, required to place subscriptions on their site. I have switched off every safety and restriction in settings to open the computer to their search for my location. I finally got them on the phone and they told me that for a reason they don't understand, Firefox is the only browser that is currently giving them problems. It refuses to allow them to pinpoint location of the connecting computer either via wi-fi or ethernet connection. Please provide some guidance and if necessary, contact the NYS lottery to solve the problem.

Hi, I have a lot (+1600) password stored in my profile and i would like to clean its and delete olds ones. So i look for an utility or an extension to mark only those i want to delete (or keep).

Can i make an export to csv file, open it with excel (or something else) delete these unused, save the new csv, delete all password in firefox, and import the new csv ? Have i to make an new synchronisation in all my pc,tabs,phones after deconnexion on its? Many thanks for help JP from France

I have tried all the suggestion in the FAQ section. I must not be understanding. I normally use Edge and it easily store my information so I don't have to input it every time. However, Firefox does not store it at all. The FAQ say after you type your password you get a save or not save message. I do not get it. No where does it allow me to store anything. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox to make sure I have the latest. But same results. Any suggestion on what or how to store my data. I do not see the screens the FAQ shows. How can I save my data. I want to get rid of edge.

This one really caught me by surprise! I have an internal Django database system. Staff typically use Firefox or Chrome to access it from Linux or Windows machines. As part of this system, it uses Grappelli library which in turn uses TinyMCE V3.5.8. Specifically, in a text box TinyMCE provides advanced editing and fonting. Allows the user to embed links or images. This system was working fine on Django 2.2. My provider (Python Anywhere) retired the server image I was running on, so I updated everything to Django 4.2 on their latest "haggis" system image. Everything seemed to transfer over without any errors - at first. In fact, it was a week later somebody tried to change a font colour by clicking the popup button that opens a colour picker. That pop up looks blank! (its not, the HTML is there but without the custom CSS nothing is visible)

In developer mode on Firefox or Chrome I can see what the problem is: The popup is disconnected from the parent. The parents CSS and classes - specifically tinyMCE - is not present. So its missing the styling and JS to operate. One of the first things the popup JS does is copy in the tinyMCE and tinymce classes from the parent. But they are not there, in fact .opener is null and .parent is stripped down.

What is really weird is on my test server, where I tested everything before updating the live server, it works! The test server uses Django's "runserver" to run a very simple (unsecure) http server just to test code. Whereas the live server is locked on HTTPS.

What confuses me is I don't see any console log messages that would indicate the browser decided to "protect" me. How can I figure out what is going on? Or disable this feature for a test?

I am writing this on my Dev machine using the browser I test with, so I shall try to paste in tech info below.

Just to reiterate, in this browser I can have my test server in one tab, my live server in another tab, test server popup works; live server popup does not.

How do I delete, remove, or otherwise disable that garbage "review checker" from the latest firefox update. It's useless, un-needed thing that I don't trust.

Integration from password managers are being blocked by Firefox because Mozilla believes something is critical to protect when trying to access their servers ( account.firefox.com )

Why?

Additionally, there is a work around, with removing ALL entries for the extensions.webextensions.restrictedDomains config flag. But why does Mozilla think they are so important that extensions shouldn't use them?

Some sort of problem deleted saved passwords on my desktop passwords on devices are saved I can tried to sync them but nothing happends. Whenever the request to save a password it is not saved on desktop.

PC/WIN7 - I access my bank and get a login screen from them... when I enter my name and password I get a "FILE NOT FOUND" ... but it accesses just fine on my android phone or on my other laptop running WIN10... maybe a problem in firefox site permissions ?? Used to work up until about 4 mos ago....

I have checked box in settings/passwords to save pws but when I return to settings it is unchecked again. Have cleared cookies and history, refeshed it. uninstalled and reinstalled, uninstalled and removed allsettings history but still no improvement. Usin BRAVE as alternative at moment as that does actually work properly

If I enter "na", the namu.wiki site, which I have never visited, appears as a recommendation. Even though I reset my visit history and settings, that site still appears as a recommendation. Is there a solution?
