I have used FF for many years. Even bragged about it to other people.

However, version 27 sucked, and I looked for an actual answer here that might work, but never got one. Then, I waited and waited for version 28 to come out, and it recently did. I installed that one, only to have it crash immediately. did everything everyone asked me to do AGAIN, and it STILL doesn't work. So, sadly, now, I'm leaving FF and using Chrome. Going to download it right after this message.

Apparently, no one really knows whats going on, just a ton of the same answers (did you start it in safe mode?, did you try reinstalling it? did you...did you...did you?" ) YES, I did. thanks but no thanks. My life is way too busy to be having to deal with a crappy browser. FF has gone down hill lately, and I have no time to waste trying to do this, that and the other thing to figure out something thats not my problem to begin with.

So, goodbye Firefox.... Hello Chrome.
