No previews show in Redbox. ???

When i click on a movie in the preview the black preview screen shows up but No Preview? Tried many different movies, also downloaded Chrome and they work fine there.

Are you able to play other videos such as YouTube or is it just Redbox? Can you give me information on what you see? Providing a screenshot would help. If you need help to create a screenshot, please see How do I create a screenshot of my problem?
