i have 64bit win8 and firefox 26 but it crashes more often untill i reset firefox. i use it only with xampp. its really frastrating. what am i supposed to do?
This began way back from Firefox 20. i have reinstalled windows, severally. i have even tried on win8.1 .even landscape 6 has these issue. i think this is specific to gecko engine powered browsers.

- Enter about:crashes in the address bar (that's where you enter your website URL) and press Enter. You should now see a list of submitted crash reports.

Make sure that you have the latest driver for your graphics display card.
Hi Cor-el, your tip disabling the graphics accelerator under options/general/advanced/ - un-checking "use hardware acceleration when available" seems to have fixed the NONSTOP FF 26 crashing - it would not even load enough to select safe mode in FF. It took me an HOUR XMAS day to figure this out and find your solution. Running W8 - Intel 7 - new $800 Toshiba POS Laptop [going back to costco after the 88 day return mark].
I hope FF knows that this and other bizarre changes to the UI (ditching DL bar etc) is what is sending herds of people to chrome, including me, very soon when they release Australis. I do not like anything by the cia owned google spy organization, but at least it does not crash like FF.
