Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot.

You can do a check for corrupted and duplicate fonts and other font issues:

Dear Sir, Forwading the images of both ver10 and ver 14. You can find the difference from this image. Ver 10 malayalam fonts are clear but ver 14 couldn't read. I am using iMac 10.6.8. I am expecting a solution from your replay.

Looks like you do have a problem with the Malayalam font and maybe others as well.

Did you check for font problems?

It seems that Firefox isn't able to find a proper font in your case and displays the hex code instead.

This is not usefull. Still the issue persists.

I have found the solution.! Follow as below: 1) Quit firefox. 2) Remove all malayalam fonts that are already installed in your mac. eg: aarati, anjalioldlipi, rachana, meera, dharani etc. 3) Install RachanaMac from the link: https://sites.google.com/site/macmalayalam/home/RachanaMac.ttf 4) Restart firefox. 5) go to www.mangalam.com or www.mathrubhumi.com for testing.

It should be fine.

Note: Only for manoramaonline.com, install the font from their website separately. It is an open type font and will work normally without any issues.

I am not sure then. Add RachanaMac font in your font book>All fonts. For me, it is fine now.

My font issues solved. I remove all malayalam fonts and some unnecessary fonts too, then reinstall fonts. Now there is no issues about fonts. But my firefox is freezing always. Do you have any solution for that?

Hi, Firefox hangs always, What would be the reason? It is working for 3-5 minutes. I am facing problem with facebook and keralakaumudi news paper. Could you please help me on this issue?
