My application work on Firefox 11 on windows operating system. Can I assume that my application will also work on Firefox 11 on Mac operating system? Or there are certain changes that needs to be done in my application to support firefox on Mac operating system?

My problem is I am developing a website and making it compatible with Firefox 11. I have verified it on Windows Operating system. However, users wants to use firefox 11 on MAC operating system. I want to know supporting firefox version 11 will support both Windows and MAC operating system?

It will only work if that application doesn't use Windows specific (binary) components like DLLs.
If it is a simple extension that uses JavaScript then it should work on all platforms.
