Cannot print to PDF X-change

When printing an online receipt, I prefer to print to PDF X-change and then save that receipt in the appropriate folder. When I try this, I get Printer Error- unknown printer error while printing. Printing to PDF X-change works with other browsers and worked with earlier versions of Mozilla Firefox.
