It goes round and round a loop – download the new program set up to a file on downloads – hit run – open a Mozilla wizard and complete 2-3 screens before getting to one which downloads the set up exe file again – try to run the program and go round again. In desperation I uninstalled the program in case it had not downloaded correctly and started again on the roundabout. Meantime my previous version is frozen and will not get any websites. Fortunately I could find and load an old version to get minm service.
