THANK YOU FOR REPLY. I CANT FIGURE OUT HOW TO PUT QUOTES AROUND FILE NAME B4 SAVING.

Click in the "Save As" > File Name box and type a quote mark at the beginning and end of the name. You can jump from anywhere in that box to the start of the file name with the Home key & the End key will jump the end of the file name.

Your problem is usually caused by the file name having a space in it. Another way around that issue is to replace spaces with either a hyphen or an underscore. - or _

Like this: File_Name.mp3 or File-Name.mp3 instead of File Name.mp3

THANK YOU--TAKING SPACES OUT OF NAME TAKES CARE OF PROBLEM.

IS THERE A WAY TO TAKE THE SPACES OUT WHEN I DOWNLOAD THE FILE FROM AN EMAIL VERSES SAVING THE FILE WITHOUT SPACES PRIOR TO EMAILING.

WHEN I SAVE A FILE FROM AN EMAIL THE ONLY OPTIONS I HAVE ARE "OPEN WITH" OR "SAVE FILE". FROM AN EMAIL I HAVE NOT FOUND A "SAVE FILE AS" OPTION. I NEED THIS IF SOMEONE ELSE SENDS THE ATTACHMENT.

HOPE THIS MAKES SENSE.

Save File should give you the same possibility to specify the name and location of the file and you can use the same method to add quotes around the name if there are embedded spaces.
