TalkTalk have outsourced their email to Everymail. We use Thunderbird as our e, Mail client on a pc. We have stopped getting email and can’t send any for a week now. Do I need to reset the server names suddenly.

I have no idea what they're doing, but I did read that the email address does not change. With that, this screenshot I captured MAY have the proper everymail server settings. Try it and let me know.
Too small to read and too blurred when enlarged.
It may not be correct, as I retrieved it with a web search for everymail email settings. The text reads
mail.everymail.com port 993 (IMAP and smtp.everymail.com port 587
I am using Thunderbird as my email client on my PC. I used to be with TalkTalk but moved to PlusNet over a year ago. Since then, TalkTalk continued to run an email service free. Last September they outsourced it to EveryMail. We were told that no changes were necessary in return for an annual fee of £50. Everything was fine until 13th July this year when the PC, which uses Thunderbird, seemed to have stopped receiving emails but it was a delusion because somehow the sort criteria had been changed from date to size which meant the first one was the biggest, not the latest. The other accounts are held on iPads and these some of these seemed to have stopped. One was my root address but my alias seemed to be Ok. Both were using the TakTalk addresses which are mail.talktalk.net and smpt.talktalk.net. I use imap but this is not reflected in the name but they do appear under the IMAP section of the account info. According to their website EveryMail uses imap.everymail.net and smtp, .everymail.com. I don’t know if TT have set up some sort of alias which bridges the difference or TT still have the servers which EveryMail now front. I am assuming the ports are the same.
Sorry, that should be smtp.everymail.net.
