Unresponsive Firefox. Doesn't appear to access any pages. Won't restore crashed tabs (ALL).

I ran a Windows 11 Update and after I opened Firefox, it shows all the tabs that were there but each tab indicates that it's 'Crashed'. The 'Tab Crash Reporter' doesn't restore a single tab nor does it react to 'Restore all Tabs'. It looks like Firefox is NOT connecting to the web.

I'm entering this using the Edge browser.
