on windows 7 the latest-1 version and latest version the AI has stoped working

when I do a search, starting today, the AI either hangs, returning nothing, or only partially works and then hangs. This is serious for me as the AI results have meant that I was getting much more from a search than I used to. I am using a Samsung laptop on W7. I updated the version to latest one 115.26.0, with no joy. Is it going to stay like this? If so I will move on. I support Mozilla with £. Thanks for your help. I am 80 now. When I was 40 I would have been in the thick of knowing all about Firefox (I was in technical IT then) but I'm now too old to keep up with all that.

How do you mean AI hangs? Firefox has nothing to do with AI - as a browser it just connects you to a site that purports to use AI or one that actually seems to have some like chat-gpt. If you are really using W7 I'd say your os is the hindrance you think you have.
