Yesterday I synced Firefox desktop to iPhone 13 and iPad 11. I created an account. The syncing worked. Today I tried to access one specific website and got this message: "500 server error. Oops. Sorry. Your request could not be carried out because of an error. Please log out and sign in again". That didn't work. I tried accessing other websites within Firefox desktop Version # 140.04 64 bit. They do work. I don't know if this service error is something within Firefox or within Windows 10 latest update, or something else. I've reviewed system Administrative Events and there are numerous notes for 7/18/25. Many say "Distributed COM" some are Service control manager, many entries "Device setup manager". I have photos of several screens. I've deleted cache and history (I use private Mozilla). I've restarted the laptop PC twice. No change to that website access. I used troubleshooting and that didn't help at all. Please help diagnose where the problem is and how to fix it if the source is my computer. If it's a server problem please advise. Thank you. JHL
