why is this? this is only happening on 1 computer, i have full access on 2 other computers with 1 a wired connection and 1 wifi. it comes and goes

i dont understand why site works on a lenovo laptop runnining windows 11, 2 feet away from a hp desktop that doesnt allow the connection and a dell running windows 10 3 feet away allows connection
