Is the problem with the "Chat nicht verfügbar" button (the label seems to change as I interact with it)? For me, this feature is blocked by Firefox's Tracking Protection feature. You can turn off Tracking Protection on the site and see whether it loads for you. To do that:

• This change reloads the page, so save any work first
• Click the "shield" icon at the left end of the address bar (next to the lock icon)
• On the drop-down panel, click the blue slider switch to turn off protection

If that doesn't help, perhaps one of your extensions is blocking the interaction.

When the button says "Jetzt chatten", it seems to work normally.

However, if I reload the page in the middle of the chat, I lose the active thread. I need to end chat and start again. Does that work differently in Chrome?

no, the problem occurs later, when you confirmed all the requirements die page has. it then starts loading the chat...and never ends.

i tried the same with chrome and the loading was finished in some seconds and i could start the conversation. in firefox i just couldnt start the talk.

i dont have a lot of extensions. of course that doesnt prove, that it doesnt probably comes from this side.

basically....the frustrating experience brought me so far, to adress this "problem".

i will use this threat, if i may, to document the next unclear experiences i will have with firefox.

i am a "proud" firefox user, so i would like to use it again in future. but i would like to be shure, the the page reactions are realible and correct.
